  3. In order to view an augment in containers, you must unlock the respective turret. To do so, you must enter the shop, purchase the battle pass and 300 stars, and open the ~95 containers you have and hope you get all the turrets. If you didn't, restart the process with a new account until you are able to see every turret's augments in the container.

    With the missions update discouraging multiple alt accounts, the upcoming key update limiting the number of UCs gained per event and mobile soon being converted into HTML5, the number of containers I'll be opening will likely decrease considerably from here on out. The key update is coming in the near future so I opened all of the containers I had saved up. Since January, I opened 13,742 normal containers. Since they removed commons from Ultra Containers last year, I've opened 14,024. So to recap what happened this year, normal containers lost the ability to receive back-to-back rewards from every rarity except Common in December/January, which distorted the drop rates and I'd like to believe is effectively a nerf to normal containers on its own. Then we saw a little later that having a near empty or empty epic pool noticeably decreased your epic drop rate over time in normal containers. If your epic pool is empty then that means you're getting fewer crystals overall than you should be getting. Some people may not even see an epic for hundreds of normal containers. The only difference I've noticed with Ultra Containers the past few months is that my Rare drop rate was going lower than usual. Normally it would hover around 17-18%, but the past few months, it's been dipping towards 15%. In the last Ultra Weekend with only 212 UCs opened for that event, I got this: It's becoming common for the Rare and Epic drop numbers to be fighting each other to come out on top. Sometimes Rare started slow and eventually went to near double that of epic, as expected. But in that event above, it was most egregious. You'll also see that I got 4x as many Exotics than I did Legendary. That was an eventful iteration. The only normal drop rate was Epic.
  6. Damage enhancers in the game stack additively. The easiest way to visualise it is as units going towards a damage multiplier. By default, you have 100 units which translates to a x1 damage multiplier. These work off of the turret's base damage. Equipping certain augments may increase or decrease this base damage. Heavy Capacitors increases Shaft's base damage by 25%, from 3,300 to 4,125. Boosted Damage alone would be +50 units, so 100 + 50 = 150 = x1.5 damage. Boosted Damage with a 20/20 drone would be +100, so 100 + 100 = 200 = x2 damage. Drones such as Booster and Crisis can further enhance that damage. The extra units are displayed in your garage. A maxed Booster drone will be 100 + 100 + 25 (extra) = 225 = x2.25 damage. A maxed Crisis drone will be 100 + 100 + 60 (extra) = 260 = x2.6 damage. Viking's Overdrive is the same. It adds a number of units to the multiplier. This number depends on the turret and augment that you use. The most common number would be +150 units. So with Viking's Overdrive, you would deal 100 + 150 = 250 = x2.5 damage. With a fully upgraded drone with Boosted Damage and OD, you would deal 100 + 150 + 100 = 350 = x3.5 damage. With Booster, 100 + 150 + 100 + 25 = 375 = x3.75 damage With Crisis, 100 + 150 + 100 + 60 = 410 = x4.1 damage Picture the same thing except this time, the units are going towards a damage divisor. If a turret deals 1,000 damage, then against Boosted Armour alone, it will be 100 + 50 = 150 which results in 1,000 ÷ 1.5 = 666.67. Boosted Armour with a 20/20 drone would be 100 + 100 = 200 which results in 1,000 ÷ 2 = 500. Drones like Crisis and Defender can further increase this divisor. A maxed Defender and Crisis both have +90. So 100 + 100 + 90 = 290 which results in 1,000 ÷ 2.9 = 344.82. Damage reduction starts after the total damage is calculated.     I can personally confirm this phenomenon. Emptying your epic pool does in fact reduce your epic drop rate in normal containers.

  11. Can be a nerf or a buff depending on the situation you find yourself in. If you need to focus most or all of your missiles on one person, it is a nerf. If you happened to find multiple low HP hulls apart from each other but still close, then it is a slight buff.

    Ever since Patch #732, I've had many of my shots not deal damage against fast-moving targets with Trickster or Crisis. Usually it happened it they were driving towards me or away from me in a nearly straight line but it also happens perpendicular. I've seen it happen with both projectile and hitscan turrets: Smoky, Thunder, Striker, Scorpion, Gauss, Shaft and Railgun. Here is an example:

    Whenever I see the encore missions I can't help but remember that period of time in 2019 when they took out rewards from the free tier of the challenges that you had to continuously play battles to finish. And all of those just for one container. If you're back-loading the containers into a supermission, increase the number. We get more containers for playing longer with the encore, but the reward doesn't feel close to being worth the time spent completing it. Give a small reward for the individual encore missions at least. This update as it is now doesn't feel like it's motivating you to play longer.

    From 2016 when the change was made. That reason is you strongly believe a team that's statistically stronger should win rather than a team that actively interacts with the objective despite losing. There are enough blowouts in other game modes where teams have members leaving due to the Win X battle special missions being given every event. Why can't there be a game mode where an outequipped team has a chance for a comeback throughout the battle where that chance lies in playing the objective? This change made CP more fun to play in. Not even mentioning that this has been in the game for nearly 7 years. The only reasonable critique of it would be that the battle duration for CP should be shorter since it's the final few minutes that matter the most. The game mode is better as a tug-of-war. It also makes it harder to actually rig the game by letting one team capture the points to end the battle early because they were already close to the score cap.

    With all the attention you gave Scorpion and its augments, you sure did a good job of ignoring Wolfpack. An impractical augment being carried by Scorpion's overtuned paramaters and now that it's been nerfed still nothing is being done with Wolfpack.

    Are you referring to Hunter's Overdrive? It deals 2,000 damage at max so if enemies have more than 2,000 HP at the time you use it, they won't die immediately.

    It sure didn't feel like it back when it was a MM game mode years ago. It eventually devolved into most of the lobby going solely after the Juggernaut from my experience. I suppose that was most fun to them about the mode, but whenever people complained about others killing non-Juggernaut players I had to remind them of the objective of the mode - Gain as many kills as possible. It's a DM with a super tank, as much as the players wanted to believe otherwise back then. The tank itself is strong, obviously. The circumstances for that strength dampens it (multiple players around it are gunning for it).

    I have not noticed anything like this. There has always been people going after the Jug in my lobbies yesterday. The highest I saw someone to was spawning as the Juggernaut in the secluded hill area and getting around 20 kills before dying. The past few Juggernaut events have had the template silently switched throughout the event. From the low HP, manual charging enabled Juggernaut (yesterday) and the tanky but only passive charging Juggernaut. I cannot check if it changed because the game has been like this for a while today. If you're curious, the former (lower HP but manual charging enabled) Juggernaut has HP ranging from 3,750 to 15,000.

    I imagine it's to have a constant flow of new Juggernauts rather than one person hogging the Jug for the entire battle being unkillable and turning the game from "Deathmatch with a super tank" to "1 v 23".

    I initially thought the encore missions gave 1 container or UC for every completed one. Re-reading it, it's actually the supermission reward for completing all 7 encore missions. That's sounds horrible.
