  1. Toxic copy/paste augment. Not a fan. And I was just talking about it last week. Good catch but unfortunate for AR lovers. Wh. At least we're getting a damage increase. I'm not sure how this will affect gameplay though... To be fair, you are correct in saying that Railgun was pretty strong long-range but weak as heck in close combat. Hopefully that damage increase will make it stronger in closer range battles... Sad to see RS get hit down to 1200 damage. I hope it's worth the extra range. If I'm reading this right... this is a massive buff. I'm expecting a range nerf to this. A net gain in damage for RDS. However, the critical chance is still pathetic. As for LCR, the normal damage breaks 1500 and the critical damage breaks 2000. With the reload buff, perhaps this will become my main Railgun augment once again instead of RS. Again, it depends on how the new range-dependent Railgun plays. ...No comment. Finally, some interface changes! Looking forward to seeing it tomorrow. ? Because dead bodies weren't annoying enough... ok lmao.

    Fix Striker - Bug

    I think this is because status effects and damage boosts don't apply when you're dead. So a Stun Striker and Booster user will deal unboosted damage and no stun on a postmortal hit.
  3. The drone itself is somewhat pricey. In terms of upgrades, it costs as much as other drones, including Crisis. I have it close to max from Black Friday sales, and I didn't even have to buy it- I got it from an Epic tier container. It's quite powerful and I'd say being able to use supplies like parkour mode is worth it. You said that you didn't upgrade it, so your impression of it is skewed because it's not strong until later upgrade levels.
  4. Exactly. I see 0 point in that change and it's more annoying and pointless than useful. Even if people click on Containers button more than Garage button, that doesn't really mean anything. Because you might use the same combo in a battle over and over but open Containers after completing missions. Either way, Garage logically goes on top.

  6. I don't like it- it would add another thing to have to buy and upgrade aside from hulls.
  7. Fix the no damage bug PLEASE. I got it THREE TIMES even after reloading the game. It makes the game UNPLAYABLE.

    Protection Problem

    There are multiple possibilities. Critical damage ignores turret modules. Some augments and drones increase damage to make one-shots possible. And often you have both- augments that increase critical damage/chance combined with strong drones. Additionally, damage numbers are higher than ever now since a global update in June that significantly reduced TTK. One shots are pretty common nowadays, and moreso with light hulls.
  10. Anyone else see Assault Rounds people get critical hits or am I going crazy.
  11. Just played with this today, it seems pretty strong. No more multi-kills, but I can hide behind a wall more effectively to kind of stun lock targets.

    What to buy? Which is better?

    It depends on your playstyle. If you are offensive or even a camper with Shaft or Magnum, you can use Booster. If you use medium or heavy hulls but enjoy speedy gameplay, buy Trickster. If you use a light or medium hull and want to prioritize lifetime over damage output, take Defender. Camper is very risky because it is insanely strong but ridiculously easy to disable. My advice is to treat Camper as Brutus instead of a replacement for Booster or Defender: It is Brutus with a shaky boost on your armor and damage and reduces RK cooldown. Statistically, there is no disadvantage at all (other than price) compared to Brutus, but it is weaker than Booster or Defender when it comes to engagement.

  18. THIS!! The ultimately basic idea of piecing together a crazy futuristic tank with so many mostly unique weapons, hulls, and abilities is the soul of Tanki and what makes it special compared to other games.
  19. I so agree with this. Tanki honestly stands out even though it's lost its shine over time. However, there's really just no game quite like it.

    Scorpion Does not work

    Are you too close to the target? Scorpion has a minimum distance required for the rockets to hit the target. If your enemy is too close, the rockets won't curve fast enough to reach them and will land behind them.

    Ahh, I see. I may try it out sometime for the lolz. I remember back before the removal of critical hit from it, it was so fun to use and I'd use it + Hornet to hunt Juggernauts and take advantage of the extra fuel. Sad that it's not nearly as potent now.

    Statistically, AP Core is the best since it's Legendary and has no downsides. If you like playing with horizontal rotation aka Stock Magnum, then use Adrenaline. The extra damage helps a ton. Harpoon is used for spamming close range shots. AGCM is the best one for vertical play.
