Can you publish a list of keywords that your chat-bots are looking for when they scan the chat area? Obviously, 'censorship' is one of the words--regardless of the context in which it is used, because I used it at two different times during the day and my messages were deleted. Can you publish a list of words so that we don't trip your (eyeroll) banning process by accident?

What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?

They also delete messages and posts that they take objection to. It's randomly enforced depending on who you are. -
What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?

There is a reason for the silence. The main (but not only) reason for this is that the game sucks and thousands upon thousands of players left. There really is no way to sugar coat it. But tanki's employees really don't care as long as they get your money. -
"I don’t really know how it is possible to be bullied on Tanki" When someone in the chat area repeatedly tells you to quit the game, to unalive yourself, and floods the chat with insults and provokes you into an argument every day. That's how it is possible to be bullied on tanki. Edited to add: Usually, with increasing bans (behaviour modification) for this type of behaviors, the bullying stops, but for whatever reason--whether the mods are unable or unwilling--they do not ban him. (Or they lie and say that they have banned him)

Today, though, it seems that tanki will spontaneously cease my tank damaging any other enemy tank So, I have to restart the game. But that's normal for tanki. And the matchmaking is again brutal today.
-
Not for me. A lot of lag and glitchiness, but that's normal for tanki. The matchmaking is brutal today.

Yeah, you're better just leaving match after match after match until there is a fair one--or one that is more to your advantage. Another problem is even when you are in a 'fair' match, they usually add a few tanks of 2-3k higher gear score to your enemy (even if you are losing). It kinda sucks, but tanki doesn't care what you think about this game just as long as you spend money and keep playing. So, don't waste your supplies or time or energy playing in those matches. Just leave.

this whole game is an obvious scam

The last game I just played in Polygon had an enemy tank that was 6.4k. No one else in the entire arena was over 2.5k. He was 56/15. Guess how much fun it was getting constantly one-shotted all game from the other side of the small arena because your silly matchmaking put him in with us? Go on. Guess. I'll wait. Like, seriously. where do you guys go to school for this kind of wizardry?
-
"They said that when they implement the bots, that problem would be solved." Are you implying that they lied or that they don't know what the heck they are doing?
-
Are you EVER going to fix the matchmaking fiasco you've created? I mean, I can't think of anyone who is happy with their 2k gear score playing against a couple of 6k gear scores. And I find it tiring leaving multiple games when you decide to add a couple of enemy gear score tankers several thousand k higher than the average.

If you were pressing the fire button when your tank phases in, sometimes it will be stuck in continuous fire. Same thing if you are rotating when you phase in. It is a bug that used to happen to me often. Not so much now, though.

The update no one wanted...

Let's be honest. Compared to tanki from even a couple of years ago, this version is terrible. We all know the devs don't care about what the customer wants and are just focused on ventures to squeeze as much money out of new players as possible before they get bored with the game and leave for better ones (maybe in Russia, this game is their 'fortnite', who knows?). I won't spend anything on this chaotic, turret-nerfing, bully-promoting, glitchy/laggy game. I'm not sure why there is a forum section anyways. It's not like this place fosters a sense of fair play and kinship. We all know the issues we've had with a 'certain tanker' who insulted, provoked, bullied, and flooded the chat room for years with impunity--making the people who run the forum here look inept at their jobs. That said, there is no sense of community from what I can see. The matchmaking 'feature' has been an issue for years. They say it's because there are fewer players that 'one or two' tanks of other ranks have to be added. I think that is another lie because they could keep the game fair by having less tanks in the arena--but they don't want to do that. So, the game isn't fair to begin with. The people playing tanki are few. The game doesn't care about you or what you want. At the end of the day it's a business, and if they want to continue to run it into the ground, that is their choice. You just need to find another game in this WORLD that, OF course you are good at, yet still contains TANKS to satisfy your gaming needs. Whatever you decide, I support your decision.

I agree, they will not change it back. But I'm pretty sure it's for a different reason than above. Tanki has lost so many players that they can't dedicate as many servers (or as much bandwidth) as they used to for as many maps as they once had available. By limiting the number of maps, it funnels all the remaining players into predetermined maps--the ones they still use. You'd be waiting forever for enough players to join your game with the old system, so this means less maps. (Remember when you used to be able to make your own map? Yeah, those days are loooong gone.) It's unfortunate because I personally liked skyscraper, but that one isn't available anymore.

Currently, there is a basic misunderstanding of the chat rules by the tanki team going on within the world of tanki. There are some tankers that provoke and insult, flood and use profanity and are not punished by any of the moderators or administrators. There are even moderators from other servers that come to this one to ban tankers in--what I can only assume--is a personal vendetta against some of the players here. For there really is no reason for them to leave their own server to moderate or play here. I have proven to marcus, rommel, and dark that an uneven and bias enforcement of the rules takes place--with screen shots of the offending accounts, what they say, and what violation has taken place. However, those mods/admins seem either unable or unwilling to enforce the rules on those specific accounts. As such, tanki promotes a bullying and unsafe space to speak when rule enforcement is selective to some and not to others. I'm sorry you got banned in the manner you did. You are not alone in feeling this way.
-
You are more likely to get a ban depending on who you are rather than what you say. I was banned for 160 hours by a DE moderator here (twice) for accurately calling out ineffective moderation. One ban was reduced for being unfairly harsh and the other wasn't. I personally didn't care about either of them. However, I have proven (to the admins and mods) that some tankers do not get banned for chat violations and others do get banned for the same violation. So, my answer continues to be that the rules are not enforced equally for all. And thus, because of that, bans cannot be considered justified.

The Q&A section serves as a place where you can ask questions about Tanki Online, and receive a relevant answer from the community. You can leave your own answers to existing questions and vote on other users' answers. The answer with most votes (not to be confused with "likes" and other reactions) will be pushed to the top. Moderators will also sometimes manually mark certain replies as correct answers. All questions must be about Tanki Online or aspects related to Tanki Online.

Why does tanki have such poor reviews? A quick google search: 1.6/5 from Trustpilot 2.8/5 from Facebook 6/10 from Steam Metacritic: Positive: 3 out of 15 ; Mixed: 2 out of 15 ; Negative: 10 out of 15. The only positive review is from android mobile with 3.7/5

Just wondering if it's a tanki policy where the staff member you contact stops replying to your concerns. I mean, [redacted] seemed to read, but not be able to reply to any messages I sent him. Maybe he didn't understand what I was typing. Or maybe he was unfamiliar with the english words in used like 'inconsistent', 'bias', and 'unfair'. Not sure. And now it seems that [redacted] isn't able to reply to a message I sent back in mid-November. Did I use words that he was also unfamiliar with. My question: Is not replying to a message standard tanki policy when clear and irrefutable inconsistencies in chat moderation is brought to their attention? (And before you state that a moderator/administrator must be contacted to resolve the issue, re-read my post because i have clearly stated that I have already done that. And please note, I have only asked 1 question.)

By the way, it's a valid question.

What do you do if you've posed a question to both chat administrators and they have chosen to read your question, but not reply to it?
