I don't know, what's so hard to understand about "I HAVE NEVER gotten ANY crystals"? I have played this game for 6 months, I have over 9000 kills, etc etc, and have NEVER received crystals as a daily bonus. Nothing random about NEVER! Seems like others are having the same issue.

I agree with Mad Dog and GeeK It's not about the cost, its about balance. I could care less if some lame little boy buys his weapons rather than earning them, however here is what happens: Those that earned their crystals have higher ranks than those that buy, which means you get less and less for killing noobs, but the noobs that spend some cash get weapons AND lots of points for killing higher ranks who actually played longer, and now can't compete with the new weapons / paints etc. No skill, No fun, just run around and kill with new weapons in a mindless, boring, random shooting spree. As for it being "cheap", you have to be kidding, right? Ha! Right! How much do you think a real game (not flash toy) costs? What would it cost for a new player to buy a m3 hornet with a good paint and m3 weapon? $50 or more? I hope you know that the average game on the market does NOT cost tenfold that ($500) or they would be out of business. In the end, I hope Tanki can make some money, but it's WAY too unbalanced, Unfair, and there is no way to earn your way to all the new toys and new paints. Every time a new weapon is released, I have to cringe, because while you can usually earn crystals for the m1 version, thats about it. I mean c'mon, I have killed over 9200 tanks and collected as many free crystals as I can, and have won many, many games and still have only "earned" just over 6000 crystals. Thats for like 6 months of playing or so. I guess if I bought NOTHING else, after a YEAR of playing, I could Finally afford that 12,000 crystal paint job. What a joke.

It's a great gun.....if your 12 years old and have no skill at all. It's just SOOOOOO much fun playing a game where everyone is bouncing shots randomly around the map all game long. Fun and sounds great too! :roll: Ricochet may get lots of little kids to fork over mommies money, but it's ruining what used to be a fun game.

Yeah, it is lag I think. Even tho they have made efforts to deal with it, I still see it pretty often even tho its way better than before. I think they need a way to see what each person's ping is before you are able to join a server, imho.

I wonder if this is a bug or something else? I have played quite a few games where, even though I never stop moving and killing, and despite being ranked #2 out of 7 on my team, right in the middle of running away with the flag, I was "removed due to inactivity". How can this be? It has happened quite a few times actually. One time as I was about to capture the flag! It makes no sense at all and is either a bug, or someone has learned how to hack or crack the game, and can boot players at will?

It's the main reason I never will. I won't spend my hard earned money on a game that can just change the stuff around after I buy it. Balance is a subjective term, and secretly altering a game behind everyones back is certainly your right, as you said, but I have the right to suggest its not good for the game. They are aware because they've read the license agreement that they signed when registering for the game. Right? That's also why you should suggest this - there already is a response to your suggestion in the EULA, and forum rules prohibit posting on issues that have already been discussed. The main take-home point is that while the overall balance is more important than the satisfaction level of one particular player, the administration is reasonable and will not make changes that render a certain item useless. Ok, can you please direct me to where what I said has been discussed so that I don't discuss it, since I could not see it being discussed anywhere. And where is this EULA please? You signed it when you registered for the game. You ticked the 'i agree with the license agreement' box. So, let me see if I understand... There is already a response to my suggestion that was made BEFORE I suggested it in a EULA that i read BEFORE signing up here and making the suggestion? And I can't go back and see this EULA anywhere, to see what this response to my suggestion is. Whew.... Now it all makes sense. :) Thanks for clearing that up!

Well.. hmm :? :? This is not getting better, nor have I heard anything from support. I have updated everything, and its the same, Firefox for Mac has low framerates. 7-9 fps is not playable and it used to be fine. Safari works, but most people use Firefox. Does anyone else have a Mac or this problem? Is support aware of this or what? While a new webpage design might look nice, a playable game would be better I think. While no one expects things to get fixed instantly, after days of this and sending a PM to support, I have heard nothing back at all. Lots of people... i am pretty sure everyone... is having this problem... and it is very annoying. If they do not fix it by April 11 everyone stop playing so they will have to fix it so that people will play.

I know quite a few people that play the game on a mac computer and do not see a difference in frame rates between browsers, so it seems to be your local problem. Ok, then its a "local problem" for at least me AND "bowler256" apparently. :lol: As for "following suggestions" I didn't see any suggestions for me to do anything, just a thought that Skype may cause problems for Firefox and this Game. If that's true, many many people use Skype and I would certainly not choose Tanki over Skype, geez. Please re-read wht I've said... it's not skype, it's the firefox extension for it that causes low fps in flash-based applications. It's a pretty well-known bug. Ok, now thats good info, :) thx. However, in my case, I don't have a Skype extension. I will check out one I do have for Vuze toolbar, and see if that has anything to do with it, but like I said, this happened without any changes on my part , so.....

Good to know, thats why I stated "They did mess with something, the physics or just the characteristics of Wasp...." :lol: :lol: I guess when I used to bounce off walls when speeding along with wasp m3 on nitro and now when you run against something it stops you and lose all your speed, I am hallucinating. And that I used to go head to head with other tanks and be able to stop them or even stand them up if done right while now I just get rolled over and pushed back is imaginary, as is the fact that now when you get hit by twins or rail, or even a smokey hit to the side, you fly around twice as much as before. It's all in my head I guess...... :roll:

Bawwhahaha, yeah, true dat! :mrgreen: But still, They did mess with something, the physics or just the characteristics of Wasp.... whatever they did, Wasp sucks now for everything but a flag runner and even then it's too weak AND one hit can just knock you on your side if you manage to not be killed outright.

Do you use Firefox or Safari or Chrome, MadDog21? I was wondering what your frame rates usually are using Firefox?

Same goes for me, it's like the time i spend shooting an enemy is a waste... :( I agree, the old issues with lag seem better, but many times it looks ok, while I get hit from no where, or my hits don't ever register. One time, I was driving along and my tank just flipped over on its own like I just got hit from a railgun, but no one was around The old lag issues seem better tho, which is really good!

This, like many things, would not be an issue if there was a kick vote option to the game like most other online games. That way the people playing could be the judge on who gets kicked for disrupting the game etc.
