Good idea, but I don't know if it's worth its own topic. I'll probably merge it into "Ideas for Interface". Also, I'd much rather have the option to select a map or vote for it.

The topic is titled "give 3 reasons", not "criticise the 3 reasons given above" :P My three main reasons: Simplicity. The game is very easy to pick up, has a simple ans straightforward interface, gameplay and controls. Ease of access. To play the game you just need a browser, Flash plug-in (installed by default), and the link. Also, the fact that it's free to play is a major factor. Clean and smooth gameplay. I like the fact that gameplay is relatively slow and easy to follow, compared to something like an FPS (First Person Shooter), which usually has a lot of quick movement and generally too much going on on the screen.

You're mixing a couple things up. First of all, the highest amount of HP of a hull (besides Juggernaut) is 4000, not 400. Second, the HP bonus is the amount of extra HP you get from the initial heal boost. Without the drone, activating the repair kit instantly heals 1000 HP and continues slowly healing if you don't take damage. But using the default drone will instantly heal you for 1100 HP and continue healing. A fully upgraded drone will give you a 1500 HP initial boost. As in, most total deaths by one team in one battle?

I do want Tanki to keep expanding, gaining new players and adding new features, but I don't see how that's possible for such an old game, when there are so many other similar games out there, which are better than Tanki in almost every way. I'm sure that a lot of people got into this game because it's so easy to load and play. A full 3D game that works in the browser without downloads was a cool novelty a few years ago, but I don't think it's that special anymore. The game has definitely become better in many of its other aspects (settings, cosmetics, gameplay, variety, ease of access, etc.), but I don't see how it can realistically keep competing against bigger game dev studios.

Seems unlikely, but the idea does make sense. Although instead of giving compensation to quitters, developers should work towards making better MM battles and perhaps a more effective auto-finish system that ends uneven battles early.

Developers definitely don't have time to create, test and release such events this often. They do add limited-time special features every now and then (like meteorite gold boxes), but it can't be done every week.

I don't see anything particularly interesting in your suggestion. The whole idea in a nutshell is just options for different gravity settings (an idea that has already been posted here), but also different background music and skyboxes, both of which don't really matter. Unless you can come up with more features of these environments, which make them interesting to play in, this idea is not worth a separate topic.

MM battles would be best. Unfortunately that record is a bit of a gray area, but it's supposed to be done in a battle where people are actively fighting to get the gold.

When gold boxes are already on the ground (or queued to fall), you can only apply for the "Most gold boxes picked up at once" record, which at the moment is 130. The 5 gold boxes need to be picked up in an actual battle.
