Topic merged No, it will not load or run faster. The purpose of the HTML5 transfer is not to improve performance of the game, but to have a newer game engine that will open up possibilities for much better future improvements.

NINE?!?!? Are you using space mode?

You must have made a typo and wanted to say "most liked". I looked at the replies closely and this was one of the most positive responses to a recent patch update. Not including "updates" that were about holiday events and sales.

valid Don't publish "flood" messages in chat instead of giving an automatic ban for it

Read my other post above. And it won't be 50k in one chat. Probably over 95% of players are either in battles or don't use the server chat at all. I assume they will add some kind of "chart channel" system where you choose a topic to chat about, go to that channel and talk to people interested in the same thing. That way players will be separated and won't all flood the same chat. -
Not really hacking, but impossible things that happened during a battle you've experienced.

Played Wolfenstein CTF with Magnum, our flag was being stolen and I died. I respawned, raised my turret to something like 55 degrees and shot blindly in the general direction of the enemy base with medium power. I landed a direct hit and one-shot the flag carrier and the isida that was next to him. Flag was returned :D -
Oh I don't know... How about when you ask nicely instead of insulting other users?

No, they said in the stream that they will think of a way to make it convenient. They are well aware of this issue. -
Your K/D is 0.01 and the record requires it to be lower than 0.01. One more death would have been enough. Oops. A more serious reason for not accepting this is the fact that this looks like blatant PL. Next time at least make it look like it was done legit. Or do it in parkour mode.
-
Do you propose to create 31 different lists with the same records done at each of the 31 ranks?
-
Yeah, but then there's the bit with changing the whole paint to include a "smart" shift in animation speed that's affected by the gameplay. I don't know anything about coding or how hard it is, but this seems like way too much effort for something that will be noticed by a negligible number of players.

Valid As far as I know, chat administrators already requested devs to implement this, but so far there was no result. The first task on devs' priority list is to merge all chat servers into one big chat, and after that they will make further improvements. What you propose here could be one of them. -
Well, we won't create rank categories and have different records for the same record done at different ranks. So yes, some records are much easier to beat on lower ranks. Just like some real GWR records are easier to beat if you have a certain age or qualification.
-
Try it and we'll see if it's good enough for a new record. Although landing on a house using OMP many times in a row seems rather boring. You'd have to do it a LOT in order to qualify for a new record, since a record actually needs to be impressive.

Topic merged Very unlikely. Hazel already told me that there won't ever be a turret-specific paint effect, such as the water in Flow evaporating from Firebird. This is also highly unlikely as it requires devs to code the detection of being attacked by Freeze and link it to the animated paint to make it slow down. Seems like a very complicated change that would at the same time be very subtle and hard to notice in battle.
-
Topic merged I think so too :) Also, this idea was the 4th one to be posted here. Check the list in the second post (which BlackWasp updated today )

No one forces you to complete missions. If you don't like standard battles - don't join them and don't complete missions. Or just complete a quick and easy one and go back to custom games (PRO).

What makes you think that the repair kit change will "ruin the game"? It only makes repairs less OP so that everyone (yes, including the druggers) can enjoy more balanced battles that don't end with a 10-0 score after 5 minutes.
-
Fun fact: That's besides the fact that you have no reason to claim that it will ruin eSports. Overdrive is an extremely skill-dependent feature that, if used efficiently in a well-coordinated team, can give a massive advantage. And since clan players mostly have thousands of supplies, they can use Overdrive indefinitely anyway.
-
If you think so, then don't use the repair kit and laugh at all the "druggers" who still try to use repairs to save themselves :) Hallelujah! Drugs have been nerfed!!! Free players will rule!!! (or something, idk)
-
Supplies will not be removed as they play a crucial role in making the game more dynamic. If you want to play without supplies, you are welcome to buy a PRO pass and play in PRO battles without supplies. In fact, PRO battles will soon become completely free to play in. If you want to discuss supplies, please use the topic provided by the player above: Closed.

I'd be happy that balance would be improved. It's somewhat fun to be more powerful than others, but most of the time it's just boring. I like supplies as a feature that diversifies gameplay, but at the same time I hate them because they ruin battles regardless of how devs try to change them (SCDs, time adjustments, etc.). I'm often in a situation where I'm in a team game and I use supplies as much as I can, but my team doesn't, while the enemies have 3-4 heavy "druggers". As a result I still lose despite using supplies and being pretty good at the game. If I were in charge of changes in this game, I'd make supplies free to use so that their effectiveness depends exclusively on players' skill, rather than the amount of supplies they bought.

Because Stadium seemed like the perfect map to try Magnum. And it was.

People with epilepcy beware: (should have posted it for 14k, but whatever...)

This was explained by Damn_Slow a while ago. Basically, due to the way internet money transactions work between countries, in the end devs get the same amount, regardless whether it was a Russian or International player that bought something. So for a Russian they pay some amount and maybe 2% is taken by the transfer company, so devs get 98%. But for international players the transfer company gets 50%, so devs only get 50%. Therefore you paying two times more still results in devs getting the same amount of money. No discrimination here, just online economics.
