No, we wouldn't. A single flood topic from one user is worth hiding at most. A warning would be if that same user posts the same topic again after it was hidden, or purposefully posted numerous pointless topics in the first place. A ban usually comes after a warning if the user continues,to flood after being warned or if the user posted a seriously huge amount of flood right away and clearly had the intention of flooding, where the possibility of a glitch or being unaware of forum rules can be excepted. I'll have you know that we precisely even have a topic titled Is it allowed to discuss the game rules and you may notice that it's still open. The last few pages in it are literally discussing the game rules, so (and I'm quoting Hazel here) that basically answers the question of public discussion of game rules. I suggest you read through that topic before jumping to conclusions and posting false assumptions on the forum. What makes you think that moving something to P&S hides it from players? :blink: It's an open section just like off-topic and anyone is allowed to post there. I just don't see your logic here. Sure, obviously topics with swearing in them will result in a ban (in fact, depending on the situation we might even let someone off with a warning), but are you saying that we would ban for the other two examples? Heck no. If it's literally just that bit of conversation going on, then it's nothing but jokes or pranks. It's borderline provocation at most, but it's definitely not something that will be worth a ban. The only way someone can get banned for that is if they continue to annoy other players despite being told to stop, or if the video link they post is not a harmless rick-roll, but something inappropriate like a screamer video. But why are you even explaining this? You originally mentioned trolling in your first topic when talking about players helping others and answering questions/posting links. So how on earth does THAT relate to trolling in any way?

If you actually played the game for that many years, you would have known that in 2011-2012 the Gold box would drop in the same location every time and at a certain fund. Everyone knew where and when it would drop, so the spot was always occupied by druggers with heavy hulls, while newbies never had any chance of getting the box. The change that made gold boxes random caused a massive protest to arise amongst "gold hunters", so the system was changed to what it its now. And overall, it's a big improvement from before. We already have multiple topics where players complain about supplies being overpowered. There are multiple ways you can help yourself here - buy supply kits with massive discounts or use a PRO bass and play in non-supply battles. But the way supplies work in normal battles will most likely never change. If you were playing this game purely because you liked to collect boxes falling from the sky, then you are playing the wrong game. You will eventually be able to buy the full garage when you earn enough crystals, but for now if you want to try new equipment, you can create a new account and play with M0. Isida is a very powerful gun at the moment, so knockback is Hammer's only defense against Isida. If you can't win against a Hammer, you should simply avoid them in battles. Although to be honest it's extremely easy to beat a Hammer when you have Viking Isida so if you can't come up with a good enough strategy to play against Hammers, then it's your own fault, not the game's. Any hull will easily die to a gun with Double Damage. You have to use armour in response to a DD, if you want to survive. That's all I can say about the points you made here. As for the others - they are known issues in the game and fixing them is a long term work-in-progress. Not much can be done at the moment.

Yeah, I agree. Simply not showing the message is a better alternative to giving out bans. I'd love to see this implemented with the anti-swear system too, where instead of censoring the bad words it would simply delete the message, or even better - make the message show only for the one who posted it, but not for others. This kind of system works in Club Penguin and it's very effective in dealing with swearing, since the fact that players think their swears are not being deleted means that they don't get encouraged to try again and bypass the filtering system.

Thanks to the players who post helpful advice in topics and answer questions, which have been answered many times before, we don't actually need to waste time writing the same answer and posting the same links over and over. This helps us spend more time concentrating on more serious issues such as forum violations or more difficult topics which require more complex answers. I can't help but feel relieved when I go into yet another topic with some obvious question thinking "ugh, I have to dig up the same old reply and post it for the 100th time" and in the topic I find that one of the players has already answered for me. Feels nice to have people helping other players and us, mods. As for the "impersonation" bit you mentioned, yes - we still don't allow players to pretend being mods, but helping others and answering questions does not fall under impersonation. There's a clear line between helping and pretending to be a mod, so for example posting things like "Topic closed" or "I'm a mod using an alt account" or "You will be banned for a day" are not allowed, while simply giving advice, answering questions and stating what someone shouldn't do on the forum is fine. And I'm not sure how flood or trolling relates to this in any way at all. Looks like you're the one who needs to check the definitions for them :) Topics about specific players are not allowed. Nope :D Developers were showering us with 50% sales at every opportunity last year and then realised that they made a big mistake that could potentially ruin their game's economy. So 50% all-garage sales will never happen again. The best thing you can expect is a 50% sale on 1 or 2 items, but even that is unlikely.

Unfortunately this isn't the kind of thing that will work well in our community since we don't have enough people to randomly be interested in an event like this. That's kind of what I mean. Having a high ratio on a turret is a record that proves how you are skilled at using that turret and are consistently able to gain XP quickly when using it. Setting up a small power levelling session or even finding a lucky battle full of nubs does not qualify for the record. I'd say that even setting the limit to 1 hour is a bit generous.

The main problem with these ideas is that not all of them can be done with any hull. At the moment any Daily Mission can be completed using any equipment, be that Wasp + Smoky or Mammoth + Isida. Because no matter what you like to play with, you can still kill enemies/collect boxes/earn XP on a map/capture flags and so on. If stunt missions are added, it will put some players at a disadvantage if they don't have the right equipment to complete the missions.

Number 5: Battle funds at low ranks are low because prices are lower. It takes longer for you to earn 1000 crystals, but at the same time you can buy a lot more for 1000 crystals at lower ranks than at higher ranks. At my rank 1000 crystals is a typical good reward for a single short battle, but I can't buy anything for it and need to save up for even longer than low ranks if I want to buy something. So in that sense the game is very balanced. Number 4: If you don't want to have extra XP but want more crystals - you can simply buy crystals separately and you'll only get a few days of premium to deal with. The 50% extra XP was requested by many players, so there are a lot in favour of it and unfortunately you are a minority. Number 3,2, 1: I agree. Not much to add here. These are ongoing problems with TO which will hopefully be fixed in Tanki X. We just have to wait.

Hello, Tanki Online developers decided to not do 50% sales on the whole garage anymore, since when they did it last time it had great impact on their economy. Sorry, but refund and sale of items will never be possible in this game. This was done to protect the game's economic system, which can easily break from a refund system. You shouldn't be upset about your purchase. An M3 Shaft and Hornet at your rank is an extremely powerful combination, so you should use it and easily dominate all battles where your rank is maximum. Just focus on getting the Hornet and Isida up to at least 15 MU steps and you will be unstoppable :) And then you can easily save up enough crystals to buy something you actually wanted. Good luck!
