I was playing just now prior to server restart on Noise CTF and I was extremely frustrated with the 3 Isidas on my team. At no time did they ever help or assist in my countless attempts at getting the blue flag back to red base. We ended up losing 2-4 in a 30 minute round. 3 of them on my team and all they were doing was wandering around on the middle level healing other players. As a seasoned Isida player myself this is how I conduct myself: 1. No matter what you are doing when you see that one of your team members has taken the flag you immediately find that person and help them return the flag. If possible help them on the way to the flag and continue healing while they are under attack while taking the flag. 2. Keep all your defenders healed. 3. If neither (1) or (2) apply then wander out on the map and heal your team members in the following order: most powerful tanks first, or, those who need minimal healing and have either DD or DA enabled; heal big tanks on their way to the enemy's base, finally, work on tanks who are very low on health because healing them will drain most of your own energy. A bad Isida player is worse than having one at all because it wastes a spot that could be taken by an effective offensive player.

Crashed 4 times in 5 minutes on Rio EN 2. Is this ever going to be fixed? EDIT: 6 times.

For some reason the Unity version of Viking makes me think of this:

Still broken as of 09-25-15.

Thanks. It would be nice if the one searchable by Google would reflect the new URL.

Anyone know what update 366 changed or fixed?
-
Anyone know what the update was for? The list of updates was deleted from the Wiki on September 22 by Semyon. http://en.tankiwiki.com/List_of_updates

This is probably one of my best 15 minutes of Isida thus far: (I had to block out some inappropriate chat) Also notice the drugger on red - it's nice when druggers lose :D

Still not fixed as of 09-22-2015.

I think the most tedious mission of all is the one where you must kill X number of enemies. Killing 90 enemies takes about one hour. The others can be completed rather quickly using 1 v 1 on a small map, or, using a double multiplier card.

If you want to get to see higher ranks in actions the best way to fit in initially is with Isida. Every player appreciates being healed and even a low tier Isida is better than none at all. However, if you join and notice 3 or 4 other Isidas then you will be hindering the team as you are taking a spot that could be used by someone with better skills or equipment. I have left battles when at lower ranks because I did not want to hold them down. (Many months ago I had a friend keep inviting me to higher rank battles and I would join for a short time - if I felt I could not keep up I would tell him why and say "I think I need to leave so someone with a better tank can join.")

Do you use your turret? Can you play while turning it?

Actually Twins at M3 is great if you use something like Hornet, drive forward, and get the angled part of your hull under an opponent - then you can use the impact force to lift up the opponent, move under them, and finish them off without being damaged - works quite well against Vikings and Hunters. I bought it as part of the Vandal kit so I could get a heavier hull, upgrade, and a paint which overall would have been cheaper than upgrading Viking from M1>M3 and getting a separate paint. With Graffiti and Twins I can drive right up to those annoying Vulcans without fear of much damage. If you get right up in someone's face with Twins then that's when it's the most powerful. I tend to be right in someone's face with either Firebird or Isida so I'm used to this kind of "weakness" In fact Firebird is very deadly if you are able to drive side by side with another tank so that you're literally scraping each other's paint off. Also Twins works good as a deterrent in close situations to let others escape. I'll usually switch to it if I'm on red in Rio so I can use it to suppress fire once a team member steals the blue flag.

They let out tip #3: have a drugged Isida parked nearby.

I think etiquette and ethics is more about the player than necessarily rank. I see just as much poor sportsmanship at higher ranks as I did at lower ranks. When I am confronting an enemy and they suddenly feel the need to hit DD just to keep from losing it tells me all I need to know about that person.

I think personalized sales are better because not everyone is at the rank most beneficial to them for regular sales.

Watching the VLOG... Noticing the the physical effects on the tanks when using supplies....

I play Serpuhov regularly and I never had problems finding Shafts. There are only a few places where they are effective. Even if I get killed in red base I can still see all the way to blue base when the camera zooms out. All tanks are visible during this time.
-
You'd have to be a sadist to want to pay more just to get each individual upgrade.
-
I don't understand why people had trouble finding them before. When you get killed the map zooms out until you respawn - I always used this as an opportunity to locate the Shaft who whacked me so I could then go pay it a visit. :P

Still continues to happen after the garage update. 4 times in Rio/EN2 in less than 5 minutes. Is there any update on this problem???
-
Correct. Max. damage up to 50m. Min. up to 200m.

1. Twins has a limit to its effectiveness. Due to the slow speed of the plasma it is easy to get out of the way. 2. So does Ricochet. Also due to range a Rail can still pop a Twins because of the limited effectiveness of the plasma. 3. Vulcan is similar to a Gatling gun - in real life they overheat very quickly as do all machine guns. A plasma weapon would have no such limitations if it did indeed exist. Also the punch force of Twins has little effect on heavy hulls.
-
Firebird's weakness is the extreme amount of time it needs to recharge. Also it is the most expensive turret in the game. Naturally it should be the most powerful.

If you want to test a turret or hull you can use the test servers.
