Erm... you're blowing up because Zen took the side of Anup in a small exchange of words? And you're blaming it on his desire to get powerful? Zen is the co-leader, he probably doesn't want more power. He was just working for the betterment of the clan (trying to keep one of our members from quitting). If I was in that position, I would've done the same (albeit not as eloquently as Zen :P). If you want to leave, then leave, but it's sad that you'd go over such a minor issue.

Who are you, and what have you done with our clan leader? :P Anyways, just a forewarning, I might not be active for the next few days. I'm going to the hospital for what will be (I hope :ph34r:) a few routine checks. The only catch is that the nearest adequate hospital is like 1000 miles away, so.... To add to that, this is Asia, and I highly doubt the hospital would have good, if any, internet. So I'm bidding you all adieu for what might be a while, although hopefully it'll just be a few days.

How would you describe mid-ranked gameplay? Words fail me :P. If I had to describe it in one word, I'd chose "engaging". When playing in low ranks, there's always a fear that your team will be an inexperienced bunch of bozos. At mid ranks, that happens with much less frequency. Teams begin to work more cohesively, striving for the benefit of the team rather than the benefit of the player, the result is a competitive, enthralling match. How did you approach the gameplay of the mid-ranks to try and be a successful player? In hindsight, I see that I failed in my endeavor to evolve to the next level of Tanki greatness during the first portion of this period. My WO days were fraught with noobness -- crystal shortages, bad D/Ls, and poor equipment stunted my growth in what should have been a defining time in my Tanki career. The only things that kept me afloat were my ever-increasing earnings from newspaper contests. I successfully guided myself through the remaining WO ranks, and commenced with my search of a kit that would fit my playing style. Still being in the early stages of the mid-ranks, I can't say what the future will bring, but I can say with certainty that I'm looking forward to it with anticipation. :) And finally, sum up your main advice for mid-ranked players in one sentence! Never spend your crystals on standalone equipment, instead save for kits. Edit: weird glitch at the third sentence of the thingy. My apologies.

Ok, concerning to the Gunner/Verain fiasco, you both are in the wrong. The rules clearly state: Ignorance is no excuse. In my humble gnat opinion, I don't think kicks need to be issued here. Perhaps just a strong warning to the two culprits. :3 Remember people, follow the rules, things tend to be easier for all people involved if you do.

Breath-takingly fantastic, Pdox. Article of the month so far, the only mistake that I noticed was this: Technically, pentagons are five sided shapes. Polygons are just shapes, in the loosest definition. Your point is correct though, as a true polygon must be bounded by lines, whereas the map is actually open on a few sides.
