    Not for me. If I'm in a battle getting spawn-killed and there's 3+ minutes left = exit If matchmaking puts me in a battle with < 8 minutes left = exit If my lower account ends up in "balanced" battles that has ranks significantly higher than me = exit If I have greatly reduced chances of completing my missions, I'm not sticking around. There's no point in playing "normal" (matchmaking) battles if I can't complete missions. Might as well play Custom battles where I can select 1) map 2) length 3) control supplies and 4) control team-mates (to some extent) So if I've been completing week 4 for for some time now, it will take me 6 more weeks to get back to that amount of crystal/supply rewards? Kind of sucks for those of us keeping up the 4 week progress. Loss of rewards over 6 weeks affects lower ranks >> than upper ranks. Those crystals/supplies are needed ASAP.

    So after week 10 two possibilities... week 11 complete daily missions 7 days = 4 containers or week 11 complete missions 1-6 days or no days = no reward? And then if I complete missions 7 consecutive days week 12. reward = ???

    10 minute battles? How many people with ADD are playing this game? Seriously - stop catering to the lowest common denominator. If people can't handle 15 min battles, why don't they join at the 10 minute mark.

    At upper levels? I would agree. Supplies would be ~ ... it's how you use them that is key. At lower and mid-levels? Not so much. It takes a while to build a stash of supplies accumulated from missions, mission chain. Especially repair kits. At these levels there are hardcore druggers - those who bought the large supply kits. You can tell who they are in battle - those that hit DD immediately upon re-spawning and use an RK when not even half-damaged. They have way more than peers and don't think 2x about using them. When a WO3 has used 18k or more supplies - that's hardcore. Worst thing about the economy is how funds are divided in battle. The formula leans waaaay too much on being on the winning team. A player on winning team with score of 60 should not receive double the pay-out of top player on losing team who scored 150+. Contributions to the battle should have more weight than it currently does.

    No re-load would be called "continuous fire" - which is what Vulcan does. At least until it explodes from overheating...

    Mission chains are already a bit of a chore. This would be a perfect reason to ditch "normal battles" and just play Custom battles.

    You have the means to become competitive in the game without buying. It's up to you if you take advantage of them, or not... the game will not adjust for every single players personal life choices.
  8. Since it is currently not effective and rarely seen - I'd have to go with Striker Protection. I'd guess 90% of players that actually bought striker protection are striker users. And there are not many at all.

    Something stable preferably. For medium Hunter probably > Viking. But also depends on M-level and map and game-style. What upgrades is your Viking at? M1 10/10? M2 stock? M2+? Defender? Heavier Hull. Attacker? Lean toward medium, unless map is smaller. Mammoth is slow but Titan is not a lot faster.

    Original account has always had Viking - then they did the rebalance after I upgraded to M3 :angry: So I basically ended up with "old" hunter. Devs should have given us the option to change it after that "bait-and-switch". My alt account I've stuck with Hunter and am quite happy. Good platform for Vulcan in mid-ranks.
  11. In what way is deleting a post that violates the rules "cruel"? How is moving a post to the appropriate thread "cruel"? You don't like a "toxic" forum, but have issues with posts being moved or deleted? Seems a wee bit contradictory.

    YUP. The laser and 3+ seconds lock-on time means the salvo does not happen often - at all. Don't forget other tanks can disrupt and lengthen the lock-on. Unless target is alone on empty field - good luck. Would be a world of difference if they got rid of the laser - it's a bloddy beacon for enemies to target you. At least shaft can hide their laser during charge-up.

    Why is it's purpose "... on moving targets?" Why moving? It is best employed on map with limited sensitive areas - like... CTF. Multiple magnums lobbing shots at defenders of a flag - if it does not kill them outright it softens them up so much the attackers have no problem finishing them off and running away with flag. You mention the splash radius as being ridiculous. Combined with high damage that certainly qualifies as OP in my book.

    Just find the mode... odd. Passing a football in a tank game? :huh: And with one server (multiple languages) it just seems a more complex team battle... Much prefer CTF & CP.

    You don't have to play 7 days in a row. Complete 3 missions on the day you can play. claim ONE mission that day. Log in next day, claim ONE mission then log out. repeat.

    Viking is fastest medium hull, but also the lightest = less stability. Hunter is slower than Viking but has more weight and power = more stable Dictator is even slower but has even more weight and power = most stable. So depends on what you find important. Also keep in mind they will all have different OverDrives when they are finally implemented.

    You mean by buying a Magnum too? No thanks. If you think a nerf is not coming you are delusional. Every single turret has been nerfed after introduction. Not sure why you think it will be otherwise with Magnum.

    Without the marker it will be more luck - which is fine. Since the maps are designed for 10 vs 10 they are all on the larger size and even speed-hackers won't get there in time unless they are lucky. The meteor coming down should be the only warning. That way battle continues as usual until the Splash/Explosion.

    Why would you "decline" a paint? You might get that same paint again. Better off just accepting and next time you are 100% sure you wont get that particular crappy paint. Before the containers were added to missions I bought all the cheap paints so I would not get any in containers.

    There is no alt that protects Ricco against self-damage. But then - Ricco rarely ever damages itself - unless you equip the splash-damage alt. Twins has the splash-alt because Twins does splash-damage by default. You are better off the the MFS alteration that A) increases the range and B) speeds up the shots. I have this alt equipped 100% of the time.
