Depends on the team Isida ends up on. A lot of light hulls running around and dying before you get a chance to start healing? Not so productive... Isida needs lots of DAs and Rks - aside from flag-carriers, Isidas are the #1 targets. I might give up the mission chains and just play "custom" battles - depends on how Match-Making is implemented.

Tanki-X allows you to buy Blueprints with $ - which are the be-all and end-all to how powerful your tank is. Blueprints are Tanki's supplies - extra armor, extra damage, speed, mines, etc. And they never run out - only have a cool-down - something familiar here... ;) Not in the least.
-
Industrial zone it's kind of meh - too much cover. Peek-aboo turrets and twins, Hammer, etc do better on IZ. Vulcan thrives when it can have sustained fire. Barda though - yes - lots of open ground for chewing up targets.
-
Yeah - it has very limited use as is. It's like a novelty turret. I only ever use it AFTER all my missions are complete.

NAILED IT!

At M3 - where unlocks are same... Viking has higher top speed - attainable based on map terrain/size. Hunter has better acceleration and has more weight. The greater weight gives it better pushing power (still somewhat useful) BUT - also better stability. So depending on your turret, stability may be >> than top speed. Turrets that require aiming for length of time (smoky, vulcan) for example are better with stable platform - else hits on you can make you miss. The better the stability the better the aiming.

How can you be so sure? Never mind...

You missed my point. A lot of players are 'casual players' and don't join clans, or don't have large "friend groups". They will click play and get put into a battle with a bunch of other random players. Their opponent might be comprised of a few random players + a "battle group". Guess which team will win that battle - by a large margin... Tanki-X uses this and the side that has a battle-group totally dominates the side that does not. So no - it does not always work "brilliantly". Will only work properly if battle-groups offset each other. The casual fans will leave the game if this becomes a significant driver of results.
-
Unless someone ends up like Tom Hanks in "Cast Away" I don't see how they are away from a computer for 365 days consecutively for 3 years in a row. What military doesn't allow leave? over 3 years?
-
A mini-clan versus a team of random players (who likely can't even communicate) would be a huge miss-match. Allowing "friend platoons" in match-making will ruin the game for casual players.
-
Don't forget the "battle-groups". A team made of mixed-random-players going up against a mini-clan is a disaster waiting to happen. Tanki-X has this, and those battles are far from balanced. Really - they are a farce - most end up 10-0 or 100-30.

Depends. Since my alt at 2nd Lt. does not plan on buying new turret (or hull even) until M3 unlocks, I have plenty crystals to spend on MU-ing my m2 equipment and buying/upgrading modules.
-
Were you over-heating when you activated RK? May be considered as "taking damage" like being shot.
-
You make it sound like a negative thing.
-
Um... not quite what I said. But have fun with it. B)
-
The thing is - modules can be upgraded and used all the way to upper ranks. Unlike paints before separation, modules are only limited by the need to upgrade before your target-M-level is surpassed. My alt has 2 m1 modules now - currently at 20%. Plan on keeping them and upgrading all the way to M3+. And will buy an m2 module when alt reaches correct rank. Will upgrade that as well.
-
It's not just the range. the speed of each "ball" is increased drastically with 2 improvements... 1) you can hit moving targets more often 2) the total damage is done quicker as each arrives at target faster I won't play Ricco without the alt equipped. Totally different weapon.
-
Bought Vulcan m2 on the sale last week. Way better than some people have been saying. Certainly has limitations - not as good on smaller maps, where short-rangers will likely destroy you. But on large maps like Kunger? Wow. awesome for defending flag area, still knocks light hulls around. And the 50% weak damage? Most of the hopeful flag-capers were whittled down before they got halfway across the bridge. If you happen to get an isida trailing along get midfield and keep firing - enemies just started hiding.
-
Glad the event is over. Way too many "gold-mults". Devs - you need to re-think what kind of "special events" that should be implemented. Many battles are ruined by selfish players just sitting around waiting for 5x gold.
-
It is quite usable - I get killed by them all the time. Learn how to hide the laser and you will do better. No laser would require 1) damage nerf and 2) longer reload... to make up for fact you will never miss. No quote so I'm guessing you were referring to Ghost? But that was in relation to battle scores so... ?
-
THIS ^ Same reason they removed missions from PRO -They would have us believe so many people were playing fire-wasp and farming. 30%? 40%? More like 0.1%? But really it's so buyers would have more cannon-fodder to kill. Cuz if Buyers only play Buyers - what's the point? No advantage = no $$.
-
It's a little different for F2P players than it is for people who spend real $$ on the game.
-
LOL - NO one is asking for a Magnum "buff". :P :D  Unless you spell buff N-E-R-F.
-
> Marshal you can't buy a kit anyway - all the m3 items have been unlocked by then.
-
I don't use Rail - at all - so I can't compare. What I can say is since the day I bought Ricco m3 I've had a blast with it. Useful in many modes and many maps. And killing tanks hiding in tunnels is such fun. If you do buy Ricco get the long-range alt - I have it equipped 100% of the time.
