He still thinks Magnum needs a nerf? RGC, maybe, but vertical Magnums have it a lot harder with the new splash damage distribution.

Here is one where I got back ~60% And that's why it's necessary when you're going against many protections.
-
It's time for me to walk down the slippery road.

They don't need to be killed, just damaged. You can continuously damage someone being healed by an Isida. You can severely damage them, then they retreat, heal up, and then engage you again. You can say that about one-shot turrets like Gauss, Railgun, Magnum and Shaft, but not every turret.
-
Oof.
-
Here is a live example that I just did.
-
This I agree on. This, along with the "Place in the top 3 x3" is very time-consuming. It may be worse if you need to get 1,500 score in a specific mode that you may not like to play.

Hmm. I'd say that the mission favours more longer-ranged turrets. The turrets I was using to get those numbers ranged from Vulcan to Magnum to Gauss. Firebird has it better than Freeze and Isida because it has afterburn that deals 300/sec unprotected. I've played with SlowDeath a few times and you did well in those. They're collecting feedback on the mission and may change it to better suit everyone, as splash damage turrets have an innate advantage over non-splash damage turrets with this. The higher the modification, the more damage it'll deal. And the more damage you'll do in battles overall. Ohm, and by M2 account, I mean visually M2 account. The turret is close to M3. It's ok to doubt me. This is the battle where I did ~100k damage. I had a "Deal 270,000 damage to enemies in Rugby" mission to complete. Rugby is my favourite mode, so I had no problem with that mission initially if it wanted me to play in my favourite mode. I went in with ~104k damage already dealt for the mission. When the battle ended, I checked again and it was ~202k.

Is this not what I said? Is this not what I said as well? -
If it takes you 10 battles to achieve 160k damage, then either you were being spawn killed over and over in every single battle, or you just weren't doing well in even battles. The most I ever got was ~100k damage. One average, I can get 40-50k per battle. And that's on my M2 account.

I used to be on the front lines with Hornet + HC a while back. It had its advantages and disadvantages, mostly disadvantages. Stock was generally better in those scenarios.
-
Titan is faster than Mammoth though.
-
And this right here is what I was somewhat afraid of. I'm getting these scores using Hornet. Hornet's Overdrive in itself is very powerful considering double armour and protection modules' impact on battle outcome, more so the latter. I tried it with Hunter and didn't get results as good as I did with Hornet. And that was totally expected, since an alteration like this requires you to be up front with the enemy and retreating if you failed to kill them, as well as changing temporary vantage points after each shot. Hornet's Overdrive + double damage is what is getting me all these great results. It has the disadvantage that you can't reliably one-shot medium hulls on equal footing so using the Overdrive without double damage on LC is worse than with Stock or Assault Emitters. These are some of the greater scores I've gotten. Haven't played DM in so long as it hasn't loaded for me every time I queue for it. I'll try it out there.

Large Calibre Rounds in every modification is able to one-shot heavy hulls of that respective modification. The damage needed to do so is on the far side of the "lucky" end of the damage distribution. It is more likely at the M3 and 4 modifications as there is more leeway to do so than the others, sans M1, as M1 Railgun's maximum damage reflects its late M1 unlock rank, as opposed to Titan and mammoth's early unlock rank locking them with less HP relatively. Only when you see your M4 Titan/Mammoth teammate get one-shotted by a Railgun, would you feel truly urged to equip protection, but that doesn't mean much if they're using their Hornet's Overdrive. Large Calibre Rounds can one-shot light hulls on equal footing, that is, with no supplies activated on either party. Se even with 50% protection against Railgun, you can still be one-shotted by one if you don't have double armour activated and the Railgun has double damage activated. Which is why I feel hopeless as an almost M3 Hornet going up against an M4 LCR Railgun. The fact that my protection is not 50% (it's 40%) and the fact that my Hornet's HP is around 1,830, it gives much more leeway for them to one-shot me. -
Enemy team, both players on top were Gausses: Our team had 3 Gausses (including me) here. The guy in second place was a Gauss. Can't remember who the third one was. Edit: Nevermind, found him.

It looks nice on my Dictator and gives me a retro look.

It increased from +30% speed increase to +40% increase. Only 10%. -
Real question, for all the players who don't like or rather not consider playing with Vulcan, why?
-
How do you play with Dictator? Solo or with teammates? I like the idea of powering up my teammates (as well as myself). The only hassle sometimes is finding the right teammates to use it on. But my self-given role is support, so I like to play Dictator with teammates.
-
That has happened to me before. I'm always confused when I see that.
-
Can't though. :( At most I can make it up to 7 or 800 stars on one account.
-
It's the 11th Challenge. Why do we still have empty tiers in the Silver tier?
-
Yes, but not all of the changes were buffs. And the last one was 4 months ago. So there is nothing new added to it that makes it suddenly more powerful. Do you think Dictator's Overdrive should be nerfed? And if so, where do you think it should be nerfed?
