    The results are only going to be as good as the data people enter. I think because the results are anonymous it isn't likely that people will only report good or bad openings. They're more likely to post to the forum, tell a friend, etc.. Unfortunately, not a lot of people are using the form. (Please spread the word.) There have been less than 2k total openings entered and probably 1/3 are from me (either mine, a friends, or from a youtube video). Still a relatively small sample. The account opening the containers has to have an effect on the results but it would take a lot of data to determine that. On this account I have virtually all the equipment except hull alterations. I've gotten many more hull alterations on it than I have on my lower account (jslifer). On my lower account, I actually get better containers on average, it's just that those can also be paints, shot effects, turret alterations, etc.. My guess based on limited data below is that every possible reward has a predefined chance to occur. Because DaringDeer already owns more Rare/Epic/Legendary/Exotic items than jslifer, the likelihood of getting those types of containers is lower for DaringDeer.     My anecdotal experience is that recent openings have been better than older ones. I opened 20 containers yesterday and received 2 epic hull alterations. A couple days ago I opened the free containers on a few low accounts (8 containers over 4 accounts) and received an epic hull alteration. Certainly in the last few days I am seeing many more people wearing hull alterations in Legend battles. I think the numbers are going to fluctuate a good amount for the rarer (<2%) rewards until we get more data. Pretty consistently seeing ~65% are common and ~25% are uncommon. That leaves just 10% of getting something interesting. At some point in future I can create views for different periods of time.

    As far as dealing with fake entries, I can view the raw captured results and remove any that are suspicious. If no one is opposed to my sharing it, I can publish the raw data in read-only format for anyone to see. It includes the tanki player's name. If anyone else is interested in helping to curate the data, I can give them edit privileges to the Google Sheet. PM me your Google ID. In 2nd post I did add semi-live image links (cached for 3 hours) to screenshots of the results. I'm not sure how reliable the screenshot links will be.

    Thanks to @ILiveOnTheChatBox123 for restarting the manual collation of container data in his thread and @Turrets for curating responses. I wanted to see if I could create a Google Form where players could easily enter the results of their container opening and results are automatically fed into a Google Sheet to show results and probabilities. After several iterations, i am ready to share it. The entry form allows entry of up to 15 containers at a time, irrespective of how many you are opening at once.     @Turrets I appreciate the work you have done on this, but I fear the manual collation of the data as you are doing it is going to get tiresome. I am going to open a new thread about my Google form to collect data and the corresponding automatic Google Sheet results. If we can push people to use that, we will get a bigger set of data and be closer to the actual probability of different container contents which is the main purpose of this effort. I updated it so it is more flexible. You can enter up to 15 containers at a time, irrespective of how many you are opening at once. I also added a chart in the results and can add other visualizations if people request them and they make sense.     Adaptive reload success depends on being able to kill opponents consistently within 3 shots. If the opposing team is mainly heavy hulls, lots of protections, or defender, you will struggle. If you have Booster or especially hornet overdrive it is fantastic.

    I added 200 of my containers across 2 accounts. I could change the inputs to be optional but then you lose the association of whether there is an advantage or disadvantage in opening different quantities. I expect there is little difference once the sample size increases.

    If people are interested in seeing if there are differences in results from opening 1, 5 or 15 at a time then it needs to be collected like that. If that's not important, the data could be entered differently. @Nicola_M there are only a couple entries currently. Most of them are the ones you entered.

I just cleared all the results so there are some divide by zero errors but those will clear up once data is entered. Once we are sure it is working I will create a new thread.

    It automatically calculates % of getting each type of item from a box. It breaks it down results by overall, 1 container at a time, 5 at a time, and 15 at a time. I'll make the results available as well of course but it will be read only.

    Previously you would lose your overdrive progress if you became juggernaut. Then for some period of time, you kept your progress. I feel like within the last couple weeks it went back to the old behavior. It certainly sucks having OD ready, then becoming JGR, dying, and then starting all over again on your hull OD.

    I agree that more maps need to be added to the pool of maps in MM. It does get boring at times. I would be happy with more existing, non-MM maps being moved into MM rotation or completely new maps added.
  16. Hyperion is not worth the cost of the supply penalty and even without it, I don't think it would be preferred to Defender or Booster. I know people that have used for a good number of hours and they all have stopped. @TheCongoSpider Saw your earlier question. I think vulcan incendiary and boucing bullets alts for vulcan have bullets that travel roughly the same speed. With both of them it is very difficult to hit targets a fair distance away unless they are stationary or moving roughly toward you. Elevation differences and the roll of your hull make it more difficult because the vertical autoaim doesn't really help you.

    I can verify that vulcan with incendiary and hull with fire immunity will still cause burn damage on oppenents. It is very strong combo right now.

    I have fire immunity on hunter. You can shoot with vulcan all game without taking self damage from burning. If you use it with incendiary band you will still cause enemies to burn.

    Some results of buying these containers. I opened 75 and received 2 hull alterations (fire immunity and stun immunity) 1 friend opened about 200 and received 3 hull alterations. 1 friend opened about 175 and received all 8 hull alterations and hunter prime skin. 1 friend opened 75 and received 1 hull alteration. All hull alterations were received when opening 15 containers at a time. The hunter prime skin was received when opening 5 containers at a time. We did some testing... Fire immunity is ridiculous. I can fire vulcan incendiary band non-stop entire game without taking damage. Cold immunity takes no effects from shock freeze though cold resistance is still heavily affected. EMP immunity is much better than stun immunity in practice, especially if you are using something like defender drone. EMP immunity works against gauss EMP as well but you do get stunned from hunter OD and will drop ball/flag. With stun immunity, gauss EMP and hunter OD will take drugs, but you are not stunned and you will not drop ball/flag. The weight adjustments seem to be approximately 50% and 200% weight/power adjustments. Hunter with Heavyweight construction vs 2 normal hunters pushing together is equal. The weight adjustments don't affect speed of hull. With Lightweight construction the hunter flies like a wasp. Juggernaut's built in resistance to fire/freeze seem equivalent to fire resistance and cold resistance alterations.

    @At_Shin I just got the Fujiyama kit (has hunter but I already had decent MK7 hornet) on my marshall account in this last sale and it is ridiculous. Highly recommend it. If you are able, pair it with Defender, which even at relatively low number of MUs helps tremendously. You should also upgrade your Fire protection or use the alteration that reduces burn damage. I am often scoring over 500 with hornet and stock vulcan, playing very agressively. e.g.

    Should Hornet OD be nerfed?

    Hornet is by far the best scoring hull. Pair it with Defender (also arguably too strong) and you take away any argument that it is balanced. You effectively have 8000 health and a RK for 8000 more. You complain about a rail or magnum killing you in 1 shot, and I agree that that is inconvenient. The actual exploitation of it is with a high damage continuous firing turret that can kill the entire enemy team in a few seconds while on overdrive like vulcan/hornet or fire/incendiary mix alt/hornet. Then you can start over while they spawn. I use these combos frequently because they are available to me. Like most people, I gravitate to what is strongest at any point in time, but no one can say there is balance. I think hornet overdrive should ignore some protection but not all. I think it should Ignore titan dome Ignore either DA or equipped protections but not both. Not ignore spawn protection While I probably have more time using Defender drone than anyone in game, for #2, I lean toward DA (and thus Defender) being ignored. Otherwise I think you are giving Defender a wholly unnecessary buff. Another alternative is gradually weakening the protection ignoring power of hornet overdrive as it expires. Make it initially ignore what it does now but every second reduces the ability by 5%. e.g. 2000 damage shot against a DA does full damage initially, 1950 at 1 second, 1900 at 2 seconds, ..., 1050 at 19 seconds, 1000 at 20 seconds.
