I personally love the profiles. I probably wouldnt still be playing if the profiles didn't exist. Trying to manipulate numbers to build my profile is maybe the main thing I come back for -

I have heard that even at low levels, all skins are the old m3 skins. Is this true? If so, what was the reasoning behind getting rid of the lower level skins. I always felt that one incentive to ranking up was to get a "cooler" looking tank. Was it related to the html change? -
On the contrary, I've been doing very well with shaft and wasp. Sure you cant just camp in the corner of the map and do well, but thats close to multing anyway. If you take part in the battle and get lots of shots on the enemy, you will get plenty of kills.

yep....magnum and hornet were an oppressive combo...they could run in and empty a base of defenders so easily

I kinda like the nerf as it will let hornet have OP moments but also cant charge into a base and singlehandedly obliterate everything with magnum like it used to

There are some wise responses here. As humans we tend to only remember instances where randomness gives us a specific result, but forget all the times that dont. For example, if someone opens a few containers individually and gets good reward, they will come here explaining that opening single containers is the best way, when in reality it was just randomness. If you want to end this debate, record opening hundreds of containers in different ways and compare the rewards -
After really disliking html initially, I actully rally like it now. It is very stable...not a single crash for me yet. Andd....they have sped up the garage. It is almost instant now and I can change protections much more easily than in the early days or even flash. controlling the tank was more difficult initially but I'm used to it. Really good change

Really great change to challenges. Makes players who dont play much, more willing to cash out the battle pass to get the extra rewards

All I know is I.freedom is big noob ok? I also would like more people in battle so it feels more like a battle with lots of tanks

So, seems like a lot of complaints about hopper. Yes I understand its overdrive, but how does its speed/hp compare to wasp and hornet. Perhaps if it is intended to be the ultimate flag capper, one could reduce the health a bit, thus letting it be the best at capping but less good in combat that its light cousins

Are people hacking with it? Obviously the overdrive isnt cheating, so is there a way to abuse that is breaking the rules?

ALso, what is this flying hack Cosmic is talking about. Is it a new bug in the game? I havent seen any hacks/cheats myself so maybe they are just happening in the lower levels

Something the change did do is to slow down the games, which I love. Slower games=good. More strategy and less spamming and shooting. I'd suggest that going back to larger teams might be good since games will still be slower than they used to be.

Something to think about concerning titan. Yes, its overdrive is countered by other overdrives, but where it shines is verse non-overdrives. Whereas hornet's overdrive cn be wasted if you drive out of sight, mammoth if you drive away, wasp if you drive away, viking if you get out of sight, Titan's OD protects the tank no matter what, outside of overdrives.

mmmm I guess the thought is that something that drives around, equipping armor and shoots will at least keep you from being triple teamed by enemies. That being said, one benefit to the current system of battle is that fewer games end in spawn killing so it is less needed

Hornet's old Od removed a lot of player agency. If the magnum hornet with its Od active saw you, there werent really decisions you could make to not die...Like, with viking or wasp or mammoth you just drive away or equip armor and hide, but with hornet it will shoot you and you die. The current version seems better

hmmm but you dont win by jumping...shoot hopper a lot and it will not be able to jump anymore

I think everyone except maybe a small group is rooting for the game to succeed. It still is a lotta fun even with reducing some of the value for f2p folks

I'd be interested if there is data on whether the efforts to modernize the game have worked. it definitely looks better than it did...UI changes and all that. Have the changes brought increased player numbers?
