I think there is a language barrier here. On a side note, talking about dictator, it has gone back to being rare again. when they added the score boost to it initially, it was everywhere. I know they reduced the score, but have they nerfed it again?

Gonna add another point that I have noticed. Because tanks take longer to kill, I have not experienced a single battle with lots of spawn killing. Most games are actually a bit slower and fought in the center of the map. spawn,pop DA and drive away and you wont get spawn killed

So I have some updated thoughts. 1. Longer battles would be nice. 5 mins is too short. 2. I am actually coming round to the high hp tanks. I like the normal way best, but the high hp means I can use maneuvering to gain an advantage. Rather than getting targetted down by a twins, for example, I can simple run away without dying. It rewards players who drive well. Perhaps instead of doubling the hp, a simple compromise of 1.5 would work so there are still kills/deaths in good number but the tactical aspect remains Example: I think everyone knows that moment when youre playing the game with a faster hull and suddenly some viking or hunter decides to chase you down. Previously you would die before being able to escape, but now you can live long enough to speed away...still wounded but none of this targetting stuff

So it seems like there is a discussion between battle experience and battle reward. It seems many people want the more rewards from shorter games etc, but is that worth the loss in battle experience? If each game is only 5 minutes, its not basically becoming a grinding game where you are constantly grinding rewards. You cant really care about the results of the game when its over as soon as it begin. I kinda like the idea of slowing games down, but not by doubling health. Consider this: One part of playing short range turrets is the ability to ambush someone and kill them quickly. If you cant ambush them, they will just kill you from afar...a good mechanic. Now, everyone has enough health that you can survive driving up to them and then its a race to see who does damage faster. Same with long range: Your strategy is to use your lower overall damage to get key shots and take out enemies far away before their higher damage ends you. Now they can just drive up to you and shrug off those long shots. Example, I just engaged a twins viking with my fat heavy and shaft...I had full supplies but they only had DD...no protections for either...so everything should line up that I could win....nope...my shots were doing basically nothing to it and I died. I also miss the large maps as they allow for more maneuvering but that is less important

Now see I have had the opposite experience with score. I've been getting 400 xp and 500 crystals per game so that 100 per minute, so in an hour that is 6000 crystals. My problems are that it is way to hard to kill tanks except with melee turrets. I just tried freeze and jeez is it and fire powerful. they doubled its damage so unlike other turrets, the short ones dont mind the extra HP

The biggest problem with the change is that balance is all screwed up. melee turrets got their damage doubled so they kill as quickly as before, allowing them to dominate, while tanks can grab flags/ball and go without fear of getting killed.

So shorter games means each one is less important so who cares if you win, even more. Fewer players means there is no real role for support since each tanker has to play an even bigger role. Less damage means turrets that rely on the ability to 1-2 shot tanks that are capping balls/flags now cannot and thus are greatly weakened. Meanwhile short range turrets are doubled? Wut I'd guess that many players would prefer strategic longer games over who can grind the most crystals quickly

Is there a reason to get rid of big maps? Seems like a bad idea since larger maps give more room for maneuvering and give faster hulls the room to use their speed. The double hp doesnt change much other than now it takes twice as long for that richochet to kill you. Seems bad

Why are they fiddling with things. Why change the stats of hulls?

The matchmaking imbalances might be one time where bots could be added to the game to fill it out. I assume that a simple bot AI wouldnt be that difficult to code and could placehold when there arent enough players

hopper must be good....you have 1 mil xp on it already! I would be interested in an in depth analysis of the pro's and cons of ares vs the other heavies

Hopper is everywhere, which is cool, but maybe have seen 1-2 Ares

I havent seen Ares used much so not sure how it compares to the other heavies? It looks quite fast, so when/why would you use it over the others. What are the problems with it?

Kinda coming back to tanki maybe for a bit...you all are saying titan is the weakest now? How is that a thing. Kinda frustrating. Wasp always had the weakest I thought, but maybe now titan has that role.
