I was sent a link for these and some others, auto translated and looked at some of the russian playerbase making a lotta based opinions instead of seeing the data and info you put there. I am intrigued to read about the next piece, especially hearing that it'll be on battle passes seeing that they've been through a few understandable changes over the time. Guess I'll wait to see all the calculated and tabulated rarities if any. I assume no varying rate with a specific base rate. Was a pain to simulate some of the older container rates with their specific barring back to back same rarities on old excel vba. Most of this was assumed long ago; but yeah, great to hear it officially. All guaranteed rares/epics in regulars/commons or ultras/epics have been their crystal counterpart since at least May 2022 from my knowledge. But it was possible that, assuming you didn't empty the epic pool out, if your 14th was a shot effect, the 15th can still not be an epic, but can also be one, since the counter resets. From what I understand, I assume, for any pools that have something other than crystals for u to get, you will have a chance to actually clear them if you get unlucky and hit the rarities respective pity if that makes sense. Opex may confirm this. I.e I will now have a chance to get 100 RK if i get 14 non-rares in a chain on the 15th container, instead of it being 10K crystals always. As of now, the epic rarity only has 25K crystals for endgame players, I wonder if grenades will enter this category eventually.

Now I have seen @Opex-Rah speak about genshin in gacha terms on the russian forum; so I wonder. Will these forced rarities override any and delay potentially? To explain what I am asking is; Genshin allows a player to still have a chance for a 5 star, otherwise if they fail, the forced 4 star will drop. If not, the 4 star, will drop on the 11th pull, instead of the guaranteed 10th. Which is an exception to it's rules. Note; out of 2 of my endgame genshin accounts, only my 2nd account has witnessed this rare event twice out of many many many wishes. Now, in theory, if all 3 rarities are forced on the next drop, which rarity will take precedent? Will the others drop 1 later and the last one the one after? I do expect the counter to actually still reset when the rarity actually drops, so effectively, in this scenario, if i assume a legendary will drop to delay an epic to the next and a rare to the 3rd, the 18th one in respect to and including the legendary would be the guaranteed rare drop (since it came 3rd), whilst the guaranteed epic drop would be 102nd with respect to and including the legendary at 1 (since it came 2nd). Of course there may be limits to what can be disclosed for now. Eventually many of us assume a lot of this will be revealed soon to ensure the game passing certain 'gambling laws' in places. @yuvraj007, main thing to note is, containers before keys had their own iterations, so if you had around less than 30 each iteration, you cant really accumulate them comparatively. The key situation is meant to help these unlucky players but will shaft the lucky players who casually got exotics every few events.
-
Now; whilst half of the information is out; let me re-disclose some of the past. The following is on a recruit account currently: Would it be baseless to assume that, with the lack of augments and supplies, my common rate has increased from the specified 50% to around 70-75% with the uncommon rates also dropping almost proving as such? Now I wonder what I will see after this patch update. Also; if I don't have 2 of the 'new' legendary augs, guess I finally might have some time to see a bit more of the system:
-
It's still flawed, technically yes you can say you are expected 1.5 exotics in a set of 300, however since pity would reset it, you effectively could potentially not see another. 2.5 isn't wise to speak of it statistically, though for a vague answer, one could expect 2 exotics in any 300 consecutive batch. At worst case 1, if lucky a bunch more. Though there still are a lotta numbers we aren't seeing, including the other forced rarities.
-
The rates have had no specific change, aside the law of back to back rarities being returned for regular containers. That said, I have not yet confirmed the chances of a back to back legendary item. It may be under the illusion that we are not getting less epic containers that you may feel the same, but I generally believe those have not had any changes either.

Just gonna add this here, a pic from Headway, a goldhunting player. He grinded so many golds, got a fair set of gingerbread golds too. Made it a fair bit far with a lot of effort. He did not spend on any bundles etc. Commendable effort for getting to where he has. Naturally this would not be doable for any f2p's that hardly play or play the minimum. As for prices, they are what they are, a bit high but those who want to spend, will spend. I personally am guaranteed to reach checkpoint 3 now within 8 moves and that is where I will stop, Glad that I will not need to spend anything at all for this. Pretty much some small set of freebies, can't complain tbh. The main thing about this event is that you can see which spots can knock you back showing you a better indicator than the Halloween one which I did not like at all and got very unlucky with. Did not make it to checkpoint 3 there.
-
Yeah, I forgot to mention this, though they added reg and epic keys instead. Even though they added 100 tk on regs as a legendary reward, it's not that great, especially when next modifications cost TK now regardless. Ofc they may change up other rewards for other events, but the current one has no tk rewarding. Thosewhoknow.gif
-
Literally what I said. The items it offers, are even subpar for the casual players. You can still potentially make it to checkpoint 3 at least from the free set of gingerbread rewards unless you get super unlucky. Yup, especially with the current epic key (UC) return etc, some players now even say, 'what's the point, I'm only gonna get 100 mines x3'. Now you have to grind a whole events worth to potentially get 25K crystals for the average endgame player. It is that bad for the non-spenders. And for the spenders, they gotta keep buying the elite passes and battle passes to get a decent set on average. Players end up using a whole lot more for an even more smaller chance of getting a great item. Would have been funny to see a vacuum gauss augment in this event. An adaptive gauss would have been even marginally creative. But the creativity has been benched temporarily it seems. The latest challenge accepted also nerfed 30 reg keys to 15 keys for top 1000 stars. Like it still remains incentive to play, but that's a harsh change still, not like regs are broken anyways. To add insult to average injury, they placed some rare keys for top 300, pushing the 30 epic keys for top 100 players. Force more people to compete to grind to get those. At the end of the day, majority of them are still using more than gaining always. The endgame tax continues to rise.

There are literally content creators and more that have tried the augments and have blatantly said they are mid and not worth using even as alternatives. Guess if you're a new player with no augments, fair enough you get something. Will it make a difference? Likely not at all. The only fact of advice given is to complete what you can and don't bother spending any extra if you're smart. Of course with the exception of maybe being like a step or two away from completing an island. Too real Unsure how you have not seen any info on them.
-
Many people have said they are not spending because the items are lame.
-
Yup, though the current augs, from what I have heard and seen are very subpar, aka not OP like some other augment releases that happen. Half of the spenders I know are not spending on this and are freelancing to island 3 like I am.
-
2 of which, many players already owned from the endgame, it hardly took me long to get that last one from ultra containers before they nerfed the count to 3 uc's back then. There are still many mid tier augments like large calibre pellets, been around almost 10 months for a mid tier augment release and it somehow can't be added in as well, also with a bunch of other augments which are 'early access' for a long time. Keys are just a re-skin of old containers if they hardly make it worth the quality of life they are claiming it has. Not sure about this one chief. Note, none of my alt accounts played. 2 of which won the fund, 1 got an exotic from the 5 UC's it gained, 2 of them got legendaries from the 30 Regs they gained. Each without playing a single bit. Of course it was a gamble and costed 990 tk. However this event requires you to play, which means expending supplies, which I guess is the trade of having to pay tk to enter. But also the fact that you have to still need to play the basic dailies, which means expending more supplies and time. It is quite the trade-off. I'd say both the latest fund and this event are on par when it comes to the reward we're getting. Both are generally mid.
-
Do we dismiss the fact that, the newer hull augments for f2p's are still more devoid than ever? Still need to get lucky to get a blaster/lifesaver/miner augment for now? The variety for a single turret for most part was just delayed content release pushed into 1 event to aim at high sales. In terms of content, this event only provides mainly the IC Gauss. That too after a horrendous spend. The rest are lackluster rewards for most part aside the re-used IC Freeze. (Which I am glad I got it for dirt cheap during black friday) If they do the same for shaft, on say the space days event, it'll be just as disappointing. Also to note, we're still pending basic regular container augment additions, for a long time. Thankfully we now have keys, though reduced, but they're currently just as useless if there is no new reward still. 100tk and an epic key is far from making it a selling point for me.
-
Yup, don't need immense luck like the prior. The rewards however, imo, not worth the hassle, im only looking forward to the epic keys I can get from the steps itself.
-
Well, a rough 25M-30M crystals to reach the end point of it all from what I have seen. I'd rather spend that much crystals on actual supplies than a lame set of augments and skins that don't even have a complementing hull set. This is also considering this event looks far more fair than the Halloween one, now imagine how much of a hassle the prior was. F2P's best bet is still only island 3, maybe 4 if they get a bit lucky. But still would say, this event is not worth spending a single crystal on.
-
This is hardly the case, it's mostly f2p players that come to check back on events. Event modes don't make more money themselves, they just make people consume supplies and spend on the sales. But the shop bundles instead, and ingame monetary events i.e snowtrap, etc do. As far as I know, players that return, hardly even look into the shop, with the current pricing band, they would never bother. Too true... Here's to hoping this comes sooner than intended, without shafting the current batch of keys. Would be nice to have some sort of 'openings history' for like the last month atleast which would display the order of pulls. But I guess we may not ever see that coming... I assume they're gonna somehow increase the rare container rewarding methods to help compensate ever so slightly. Since they now offer no tk, it'll be a more game friendly alternative that will not let players get new monetary items in any way or whatsover. Since the old 60 or so ultras per event somehow managed to make the game not gain enough as the stats may have shown many were getting away with exotic augs/skins often enough without the need to spend. So they eventually, ever so slowly add ways where you get a similar amount of epic containers as you said, but via monetary purchases of elite pass and the challenge. Becomes the casual tax to increase the minimum required living standards. This however will likely not be changed, since there are certainly enough transactions made for the epic containers to keep the delusion of it going for the players. I keep encountering players who will call the system trash, but proceed to pay into the game for the 290's bundles etc. Gambling addicts will be what they were born to be,

Changing default settings would take effort and it doesn't really need to be altered just because they have the respective things turned off...
-
Well, they still have Crisis XT to use as the main money sink. Not like many players are actively using these often outside of TJR though. Or they could do the funny, make Brutus XT, uses 3 supplies instead of 1, gives 9999 GS, no additional in game benefit :trolldespair:
-
I think now is the perfect time to put hyperion xt in the next tankifund, at tier 50 ofcourse. If people get the drone, they will need to max it, then spend so many supplies to just maintain it. With the event value return nerfs and the milli crystals gone, I don't see why not, people are always making a loss anyways :trolldespair:, what's a bit more supply consumption at this point
-
Now to save for when we get shaft augments
-
Luckily that will help a lot of players, 3 weeks cuts it a bit tight, I barely completed the one yesterday which was 20 days long, I will appreciate the extra 8 days. I don't like needing to play more then the minimum from daily encore.
-
You have 28 days to earn 1000 stars. For this elite pass, one will need a minimum of like 36 stars a day. It is still a LOT, but healthy. I approve. The rest is eh, but the timeframe I am fine with.

I'm speaking for any general endgame player, prot slots come back in many events as we all know for most part so those are irrelevant to count as an endgame prize, hence why I did not include them. Even then, in terms of tiers reached, that's a huge difference, which like I said the difference may be created by the bunch of alt accs partially too. Missing that tkfund did not cause many players issues, as you can see, most people got their 4th prot slots after the TOA tkfund that hit high...
-
Not my bot, found an image on discord sent by someone else in the past, since the old tkfund sites are not functional anymore. But yeah, I mean I have literally had 10 entries on avg for each tkfund so far, nothing looks rigged on that end for me.
-
In a while yes, Though technically the first esports fund, aka the 2nd tankifund of history was the worst, Sure we lost 10 uc's but gained 6 weekly conts and a bit more tk for the winners and a skin with gt stickers. Probably then 2nd worst in terms of end reward, but even then, wouldn't say. Seems there were still a few northstar/mapc alt accs in this, so the true proactive count would eventually become much lower. Though will tanki ever reduce the count to 20M now, I see it to be in their best interests to do so. Hunter GT lost twice in a row, more time to recycle this. I see no reason tanki would want to investigate which accounts are f2p etc etc. RNG is just RNG, sure if it's psuedo RNG, then it could be somewhat 'fixed'. But even then, I see nothing to generally say it's rigged. I have seen people get lucky and unlucky as usual. Myself too. Considering I have purchased the tankifunds on multiple accounts and see no general favourtism between the lot, there are simply random wins on the whole batch.
