That happens when a user force his PC to upgrade from WIn 10 to WIn 11, while Microsoft don't believe the PC config is suitable for such upgrade. Yet, the displayed message will definitely not be "Activate Windows".
-
Can't you see the "Activate Windows" watermark in some of the screenshots? What could possibly be the reason of not activating Windows other than the fact that those guys don't have a legitimate license?
-
Yep, just noticed that. They now give one single container as rank up rewards instead of crystals. And of course, you get trash loot that worth basically nothing from loot boxes 99% of the time.
-
100 K/D? The classic "I camp the entire game, fools. What are you gonna do about that?" And some of them are even using pirated version of Windows. Hey Russians, are you try to promote piracy now?
-
And how many maps actually have that many walls and ramps for your bullets to bounce around? Not many right? And 99% of those maps are tiny. If that's the case, why not using Tesla or other close range turrets then? Is the old Polygon map count as one of those maps? If yes, I can tell you that Adrenaline performs much better in this map, despite it is merely the best of the worst augment option you have for Vulcan. (When all turrets won't even bother with Adrenaline, it is some how the best alt for Vulcan. How pathetic) Rubberized bullet reduces projectile speed, making it a bad choice for ranged combat, but in close range you have a lot better choices. I'm playing Vulcan and Vulcan only since it is released. So I know it very well. Rubberized bullet is one of the most, if not the most useless legendary alt. TL;DR Adrenaline is objectively better than Rubberized rounds 99% of the time. And for that 1% where Rubberized rounds is actually better, it is overshadowed by other turrets because of the map design. That makes Rubberized rounds a complete garbage.

Yes I did. And I only have one word to describe it. Trash.
-
What about premium?
-
Just noticed I was too late. Well, I don't care.
-
Yep, that's the rank when burning is OP. On the bright side, that Vulcan Burning guy won't survive too long as well since he has to be in burning state himself before able to burn others. Thanks Dev for making such annoyance for nearly a decade.
-
Yes, but Vulcan + HI is almost a must, especially Defenders are everywhere and Crisis pops up from time to time. You now have to shoot a lot longer than before to land a kill.
-
That because most of the users don't have access to HI. And what Vulcan alt sounds the best with HR? IR Except heavy hulls no longer worth using. The main point of using heavy hulls is because of the extra hit point. Yet, you can more or less achieve the same thing or even better while using Crusader or Paladin and strafing and shooting. Me, after switching from Titan to Crusader (before Paladin is even a thing.) find myself able to survive even longer
-
That's when there is a big rank gap, as you have suggested. And quite frankly, every combo can perform very well under such scenario. Hey, even Fire and Ice suicide squad can do well. I'm talking about when the enemy team is full of status effect alts, which is extremely popular in MM. Vulcan, no matter how good it is, is no match to EMP, Stun or AP in any ways in its current stage. If the Devs want to make the game even more P2W, fine. That's how F2P game works generally. Yet, don't try to fool people that every turrets are equal, it is clearly not.
-
OK, let's get this straight, it is garbage. I have been saying this once HI no longer works with IR. The drawback of IR is simply too significant to make it even worth considering.
-
I guess you are in low level. The burning effect some how deals consistent damage across all ranks (blame the Russians who refused to fix such obvious problem). By the time you reach higher level, you will no longer consider burning as a threat. Also remember, in order for Vulcan to deal burning on you, the user must also in burning state. That's basically suicide alts.
-
No, but as you may notice when playing the game. Not many people actually use RAT. Not to mention whether some one managed to perform good with it.
-
I mean, ult (aka ultimate) is a general census of how such ability/skill should be called. In fact, pretty much every game with such game mechanics calls it "ult", TO's Devs merely give it a fancy name, perhaps trying to sound innovative and creative. Just like they made a Gun Game mode and call it Arms Race. And voila, many guys here actually fall for that and call the Devs creative.
-
No Paladin nerf/Crusader buff. Disappointed. Let's be honest, Paladin and Crusader are basically the same except the ult, which the former is objectively far more superior.
-
Let's be honest, Crusader is basically the weaker version of Paladin. Most of the stats are equal, except Paladin gets an OP ult which can be pop in any situations, while Crusader gets one that require good aiming and long delay. 50% of the time, you will be either dead before firing it or miss the ult.
-
It is not weak when in equal playing field. That is with all the OP stuff like alts and drones out of the way. Yet, in MM, you have to deal with players with AP alts, Striker that are heat seeking and stun lock you for the entire game, Twins with its new EMP alt and all those madness that the Devs added for the sweet sweet cash. Now we have Vulcan, with nothing but a generic alt that pretty much are abandon by every other turrets? Wow, that DEFINATLY sound fair, right? What could possibly go wrong? And be for some one suggests "just play Pro battle then". First, it is stupid to call it pro battle. Second, MM is the main game mode. It is as if you are asking players to ignore the main questline in MMORPG.
-
Of course I know Adrenaline is the best choice. I have been playing Vulcan the entire time. Yet, it is merely the best of the worst. Adrenaline is there because there are no other options even slightly worth considering. It is not about about balance anymore. In fact, balance has been thrown out of the window long ago as soon as EMP, stun and AP is a thing in this game. It is about fairness. On one hand, we have a bunch of Russians and their goons trying give players an illusion that every turrets and hulls are equal (except during the so call early access period). On the hand, we see serval turrets are getting superior, OPer options while the rest of them are left in dust.
-
Why would people find Vulcan + heavy hull hard to deal with? They are one of the easiest type of enemies. They are big and slow and are unable to react to anything except stuff happening directly in front of them because of the ridiculous slow turret rotation speed. Just circle around them. Vulcan + hovering hulls are the one you should be worry about. You should start blaming the Devs on adding protection modules when over half of the enemy team find your Vulcan threating and switch to 50% Vulcan protection. Also, the damn alterations, why all the turrets get at least a few OP ones, while Vulcan stuck with a bunch of garbage alts? Don't start talking about Rubberized bullet, yes it is in legendary rarity, but its effectiveness is nothing legendary about it.
-
In other words, it is purely garbage. Dealing damage to the enemy while hurting yourself at the same time is bad enough. Now you get damage reduction of doing that? Seriously?
-
So which part do you not understand exactly? Incendiary Band makes your enemy heat up, but not necessarily result in a kill (or in your case, explode). Make sure you get that point. Incendiary Band does not "transfer the heat from the hull to the target", it heats the target IF you are heated up. You still suffer the same overheat damage regardless whether you have the augment equipped. if you have Heat Immunity equipped and is using Incendiary Band, your target will never heat up. Because as explained in (2), you never heat up in the first place. If you are using Incendiary Band and the target is using Heat Immunity, then your augment is useless against them since they are immune to heat. Anyway, as a player who have been playing Vulcan the entire time, I'm confident to tell you that the current version of Incendiary Band is purely garbage, period. Also, are you trying to suggest some changes to Incendiary Band or are you trying to ask a question about it? Since you are clearly not a native English speaker, I'm not quite sure about it.
-
None!!! Because some useless augments may suddenly become OP and those are powerful may suddenly become trash thanks to those "balancing changes". It all depends on the Devs's mood.
