contest [H'ween] [FR] Devinez La Peinture #4 | Special Halloween | Dernière Edition
Venerable replied to Dynasty in Les Archives du Journal Français (French News Archive)
Excusez-moi, mais la date de soumission de ce concours n'est-elle pas terminée? De plus, quand les résultats seront-ils annoncés? Merci! -
I can't see the video for Flash... All I see is that Don has posted a video of shooting on HTML5.

It's not when you reach a certain reputation. You need to be active on the Forum for 30 days, and have 100 posts. Posts in the Forum Games section do not count towards the post-count. You then reach the "Advanced" forum group. For more information, check out Forum Groups on the Wiki. @tankicola, I believe you haven't crossed 100 posts yet. Do so ASAP (without spamming, of course xD), and you'll be able to hide your posts. However, there's no point in hiding posts in the AWS as Reporters can anyway see hidden posts in that section, as far as I know. It's best to contact a Newspaper Reporter via Forum PM and let him know your problem. Among Reporters, it's better to contact Person_Random, as he has been actively approving articles in the AWS. Another good option is to edit your article before it gets approved, and add a massive disclaimer/note at the very top, in red color (preferably), or any other eye-catching color, and mention that you have posted the article accidentally. Add any other information you deem necessary. Make it BOLD or ITALIC or UNDERLINED or all at once. Your choice! ?

Tech Support is actually pretty efficient! I had lost around 75000 crystals once due to the glitchy mobile interface (tapped on Buy twice), and I immediately contacted Tech Support via the form given in the FAQs section of Question & Answers forum (thanks for that Spy!). They refunded my crystals within 6 hours!!!

@Spy @Emil I have tried browsing through paints a few times again, and it seems to be a one-time bug. I think it happened because of my slow laptop. The website wasn't responding to clicks fast enough. Nevertheless, it's a new bug, as far as I know. Thanks!
-
I haven't tried it multiple times, but I reported it because it was new. I'll try it again and let you know ASAP.

This error occurred when I was browsing through Paints in the Garage. I equipped a paint (Mary, if it helps), but it didn't show on my display tank beside the paints list, and when I clicked on another paint, the error page showed up.

Forget Hopper, now Wasps are scoring goals as if they're Titans with Crisis and Speed Boost... They don't even need to shoot. I really don't understand though - I feel as if every enemy tank is dealing normal damage to me, but I am unable to kill even Wasps by using Double Damage. Shafts are one-shotting my Mk5 Wasp and Hopper, Gausses are dealing significant damage to me sans snipe mode, Thunders are roaming around and killing me easily... even if I use Double Armour, enemy tanks are able to kill me in seconds. And it's not that they got 2k GS more than me - their GS is mostly within 1k of mine. Those with 2k or more GS higher than mine obviously dominate battles. I simply cannot understand what I'm doing wrong...

Here's my message: There was once a time when people used to chat on forums. Then came Discord... and revolutionized instant communication... people were able to chat very fast, from all parts of the world, and even be in a voice call!

There's a reason the Halloween Pumpkins were protesting about the social-distancing guidelines... Gold diggers must come close! But thankfully we had the rocket-golds, so social-distancing was maintained (no, that didn't make the pumpkins happy. And some pumpkins were replaced by containers because kaisdf ate them...)

Sup tankers!! I recently posted a "joke" in 'Joke of The Day - Have Any', and I realised that my joke would not make sense to most players that begin playing Tanki a few years later or return to Tanki after a long hiatus. So in a spoiler, I just typed "yep, there was a time when..." This somehow made me a bit conscious about the impressions that other forumers form about me. I felt like "leaving behind a legacy" on the Forum, or something of the kind. Tanki is changing at a furious pace, and old players are finding it difficult to comprehend the new updates. Newer players don't understand former Tanki mechanics. Essentially, Tanki is moving ahead very fast, and only those in the present fully understand what's going on. What message would you like to leave behind on the Forum, for the newer generation of Tankers? It needn't be Tanki-related. This is the Off-Topic discussion section, after all...

The Johns named their son "Juggernaut" for a reason... Whenever young Master John asked his parents: "Mom, Dad! A Grasshopper in my room! Will it sting or bite me?!", he'd already know the answer...

That's not weird... that's actually great! I too love to play with all turrets and hulls, but overdrives and funds led me to Wasp-Hornet(-Hopper) and Railgun-Gauss-Firebird. Also, in short battles, I hate to be slow. I can play with any hull if I have enough time. Otherwise I need speed... I'm terrible at using Vulcan, Ricochet, and Hammer in battles tho... and I only use Ricochet & Hammer for Parkour...
-
I honestly feel Juggernauts are the weakest tanks right now. Especially if an Isida-Wasp targets you - 16k damage at centre of Wasp bomb, and the temporary buff to Isida...
-
Is it just me or are the battles laggier than usual? I've never lagged so much...

I have a feeling that we will have to use our supplies. Also, the modification of JGRs may depend on the modification of the gear you had equipped before joining the battle. This is what I feel. But, during Hovering Railgun event, everyone had same equipment... so hopefully we may have the same equipment (of same modifiactions), and protection modules won't matter. However, supplies might play a decisive role. It's all speculation on my part lol...

Absolutely. Team-play cannot exist in a system where random players play together for very short periods of time. Honestly, there's no point in trying to induce team-play in MM. Have you ever seen a team-mate drop a flag near your base, letting you get the points by capping? If yes, you can be 100% sure that that player plays Pro battles frequently or is an eSports player. Have you ever seen Dictators searching for teammates or calling out to them via chat when their OD is ready? It's rare. But it also happens for individual gain. Have you ever seen tanks coming in the way of an enemy JGR's salvo to save their JGR? I think it almost never happens. Anyway, while playing MM, I rarely feel like playing for my team. The atmosphere is such that you can't afford to play for your team. You don't come in between the enemy JGR's salvo to save the JGR - you intercept those rockets only if you are sure that your JGR will die, and you'll hopefully die soon, in time to become the next JGR. I feel team-play is not suited for MM. The closest you can get to team-play is grouping, but that too rarely helps. As Viking4s mentioned, I think this experiment is more for bringing back players and slowing down / reversing the dwindling of the player-base, than inducing team-play. If it's true, it won't work. This is my opinion. Cheers! EDIT: Don't worry Maf, I will still try out the new system, give it some time, and then form a well-thought opinion. But my first impression itself was pretty bad... :c #HopperOP

Changing the time on the clock of your classroom so that lunch-break is announced sooner is allowed according to my rule-book. Do you like eating chocolate?

Honestly Sabry, if you continue this way, I might actually learn French and read your articles once again in French, sans le translation... Great work! It feels good to see French articles being posted and approved... the French community has been revived... Bravo Sabry and Dynasty! (And of course, the French Reporter team)

Doesn't matter, does it? Cos Hopper OP... :x

My analogy was a bit off the mark, I admit. Railgun does require practice, but experience and time sorta make up for it - I got your point. Of course we get less practice for Wasp bomb, but I'm merely being practical - I find this a viable solution as long as Hopper isn't nerfed. Irrespective of whether Hopper is ideal or not, we must adapt to whatever changes are introduced. Developers need to know the cons too, and Complaint Book is a good way to send critical feedback to them. Ultimately, money will always be on their minds, and they will be reluctant to make any hasty changes. They might observe the meta for maybe a few months, but I'm sure they'll change Hopper's mechanics - for the better or the worse, no one can tell. They did nerf Hornet OD, and Vulcan before that, so I'm being quite optimistic.

Um sure, but aren't the other bots- I mean, humans working in the AWS?
