I create discussions when we get a lot of ideas with the same theme. In case of this topic, we kept getting separate topics with suggestions to add things to container rewards, and these topics didn't generate any discussion while taking up space in the section. When I (or other helpers) post a separate idea, it's subjected to the same judgement as other ideas, and there have been multiple cases where mine or other helpers' ideas get declined.

My post was a detailed explanation of drone mechanics and why they were made to work the way they do. People liked it because they agree and understand it, not because they actually like how drones work. Sorry, I rushed with the merge and didn't have time to change it. Your topic has been split again and you can find it here. The idea is still similar though, because it would help make the drone easier to use by activating it only when it would actually be useful, as opposed to activating whenever the conditions are met (i.e. tank dies and the drone is ready). This makes it unlikely to be implemented, since it would make the drone more effective, affecting game balance.

Using this drone at anything less than 15/20 steps is just an insane waste of batteries. 300 crystals a minute for 1% extra damage and armour? No thanks. As for full MU - it's a decent bonus, but I'd much rather have a more interesting ability, like that of Booster, Lifeguard or Sprinter.

I believe it was done like this intentionally, to encourage more players to play the game on a daily basis. You're not the first to suggest this, but I doubt it will be changed.

It's still in the same ballpark - players getting more free stuff. There's no point approving such ideas, especially something like this, which has obviously been considered when challenges were developed.

Declined Valid I'm sure developers are aware that some items will be duplicate, but it doesn't look like they intend to compensate people for it.

One of the things that devs are trying very hard to avoid is making controls more complicated. That involves not adding any new keys to the existing controls, which is why drones activate automatically. Also, this makes some drones with powerful abilities harder to use, for example the Defender and Booster drones would be even more OP if you could just activate them whenever you need to, rather than needing to plan your use of supplies in order to take full advantage of the drone. And of course another reason is to make drones use more batteries so that you run out of them faster. I'd love to see your idea get added, but an activation key was intentionally not implemented, so I doubt this will change.

Honestly, these just seem like bad players. A lot of people can't play the game well for whatever reason. For all we know, these guys could be playing on mobile with a bad phone, and they're just figuring out the controls while also the trying to play with 10 fps. I've been there, so I know. Either way, listing them here is pointless. It's not like you're actually going to open this topic for every battle you join and check if any of your teammates are known mults, right?
