Guys, I'm not sure why you're saying it would be OP if values are always possible to adjust before anything gets implemented. Doubling the duration/range is definitely too OP, even for a drone, but in that case the bonus could just be +25% or even +10%. This is just about the concept itself, which I think is actually pretty clever.

Just a note for everyone. This topic will be undergoing some maintenance for the next few days. You may end up seeing some of the last few pages being empty (meaning the page has no content and gives an error), but other than that there should be no other issues. Sorry for inconvenience <З

I don't know man, maybe I'm just bad, but at high ranks where everyone has OP gear I find that it's actually not that easy to dominate. The modifications conversion did have issues which gave some players a big advantage, but the advantage is temporary since you will gradually lose it as you progress through the ranks.

I think the issue is in the way the force is applied to surrounding tanks. It doesn't matter how much you buff it, because if the force is applied in the wrong direction then it won't be helpful regardless of how much of it there is. What's needed is a change in the physics of the push.

There is no need to "expose" specific youtubers and their accounts when the underlying issue is within the game itself. Yes, youtubers get sponsored by Tanki and thus get a lot of bonus crystals and supplies, and helpers get some too (though definitely not as much as you think). However, keep in mind that none of these items are any different from what can be obtained by normal players by buying it with real money, or, in theory, even just by saving up crystals earned for free. If the developers/administration didn't want helpers and youtubers using these bonuses on low rank accounts, they wouldn't have allowed it to happen in the first place. The main problem is with the P2W nature of the game, which has been a topic of debate pretty much the whole time this game has existed. Yes, these "RTL" accounts are ruining the game for new players, thus contributing to reducing the overall number of active players. But this will not be fixed simply by removing the aforementioned bonuses. What needs to happen is a rework of the economic model, in order to protect lower ranked players from being dominated by players with maxed-out gear. But as said by developers themselves, the game has existed for far too long to experience such drastic changes to the economy. As someone who started in 2011, I can tell you that nothing changed. Back then it was all the same - most people playing without supplies until that one buyer guy joined and changed the course of the whole match by using his unlimited supplies non-stop. In many ways the game actually got better, since equipment is now more affordable and the equipment-rank relationship has been adjusted to be more friendly to free players. It's still hard to compete against buyers, but the bias is necessary for this free-to-play game to survive. If you have any constructive feedback and suggestions that you would like to share, you can post them in the complaint book. I can see you already reposted this message there, but we would appreciate more specific feedback besides just "fix your game". Closed.

They believed they could fly.

Oh yeah, right. Because of the great height people would constantly self-destruct when they jumped off the top and tried to correct their fall by shooting mid-air. I'm guessing the help desk received tons of complaints about that, so they decided to 'fix" it by removing the need to jump. Pretty sure that's the actual reason.

That's true. To be honest, I have no idea why the bottom was removed.

The 2-level version was terrible for gameplay, because one team would just occupy the floor and instantly shoot up anyone trying to take back control. So in a long CTF match one team just had a constant line of flag deliveries, while the other messed around on top and occasionally shot at the enemies below. It would be nice to have the old version back, but perhaps it should be a parkour-only map.

Sounds like something that could be added during celebrations in the form of limited time modes. We already get similar things with special holiday maps, which have things like increased gold rates, huge amounts of nuclear supply drops, solo juggernaut, DM mode, etc.

This is quite contradictory considering that going for the objective actually gives a greater boost to OD charge.

But Overwatch isn't a MOBA, and a lot of action arcade games have started using an overdrive-like feature. It's a very common thing nowadays. Tanki actually added a whole bunch of features, which have been proven to work well for such games: Premium account, Matchmaking, skins and shot effects, containers, challenges, overdrives, in-game currency and shop, animated full-screen interface...

Ok, it seems I was mistaken. Based on the acronym alone, Tanki definitely fits the description: a Multiplayer, Online, Battle Arena. But apparently the actual characteristics of a MOBA are very specific. Tanki is just a third-person arcade vehicle-based shooter. But that brings up the question - how does this idea turn Tanki into a MOBA?

I get it multiple times a year from free-earned containers. So the likelihood doesn't matter - as long as you get it once at some point, you've done the mission. Even if you don't get it, I doubt the rewards are particularly impressive. Maybe 3000 crystals or something, so not exactly something you'd hate to miss out on.
