This helped me a lot. It reduced my lags by 90%. I was finally able to play Crash and Gallery with no lags. I still don't like 'em. In a 20 person/40 minute Kungur NS battle I only lagged two times and was back in the game after a refresh in just a few seconds. The method worked with Explorer and the standalone Flash player. My frame rates averaged 30fps rather than the usual 58fps, but it made no difference in the game play. I actually liked it. You can try it, maybe it will help. I did the USUAL. Cleared the cache and updated Flash for the standalone player and my browser. Select SETUP Select Automatic Graphics Quality Uncheck Skybox *** This reduced my FPS by about 5fps when I had it checked. It may differ for you. Adaptive FPS and Mip-Mapping *** I have mine checked. You may have to experiment. Select SAVE. I realize some of you don't have access to a FULL SETUP screen. All I can tell you is good luck !!

I can understand the connection. Many places in the USA have been declared NO SMOKING AREAS. Years ago you could not enter a McDonalds without hearing a lot of whales coughing and wheezing because their BLOWHOLES had been irritated by cigarette smoke. They could not enjoy their lunch and neither could the other customers. Crash and Gallery are beautiful maps with great graphics but ... I will not be using them. They are TOO CROWDED. Too many GADGETS. Too many SNAG POINTS. You can hardly turn around in most areas without snagging on something. The field of fire is TOO LIMITED. It's a map for CAMPERS. I don't like to camp. I average 58fps without graphics and 30fps with graphics on all the maps except Gallery and Crash. My computer isn't a CLUNKER either. Connection = Averages 20 to 30 Mbps DOWN and 4 to 5 Mbps UP. My connection really drops once I enter ANY server in Russia. I am sure the problems are not on my end. I am certain the lag problem will eventually be worked out, but until then it is really going to be a nuisance. It is costing me POINTS. I wanted to make 3 stars before the rebalance. 23,000 left to go.

Is the glass half FULL or half EMPTY ? You always seem to remember the BAD times, but you never seem to remember the GOOD times !! If Tanki continues to have major problems I to will leave the game. Right now it is undergoing some MAJOR adjustments, but it is still FUN for me anyway. I will stay as long as it is fun to play. I am willing to wait. Your posts are always filled with so much VENOM. UPDATE I tried both maps again. Even when the lag problem is corrected I don't think I will be using them. They are just TOO CROWED with STUFF for my style of play. They are really great looking as far as the graphics are concerned.

I tried them both and got SUPER LAG. They look great, but the jerky motions and lags were a killer. I still average 58 FPS on the other maps. It varied from 5 to 50 on Crash and Gallery with all of the graphic options turned off with the exception of Adaptive FPS. Are the players from the USA and England the only ones having lag problems on these maps ? I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I noticed FBI and several other users had really high FPS.

I have changed my mind about all of them. My FIRST and ONLY purchase is going to be Dictator, Firebird, and Jade. It will have speed, good mobilty (it can jump), stopping power, and good protection. Thanks for posting that pic, kilaz. The paints were what concerned me the most about the rebalance. It is just another GREEN BASED camo paint. I was expecting something more. Purples, yellows ... more bright colors. I guess I will just have to live with it. My dogs really loved it !!
