You know you've gone too far when you start shooting your friends.

If you are doing fine with Fighter at the moment, and are happy to stick with it, then hold out longer for something else. Why settle for the second worst M2? Isida is pretty much just that. The positives are that it self heals (huge help, especially with DD) and its healing capabilities. Nothing else is excellent, though. As for Rail; I've only tried it on the test server. Apparently it's only average, but it's rather fun to use. If I were you, go for Firewall, Minotaur, Atlas or Northerner. They are the best. But if you don't want to wait/save, then maybe get only Isida, alone (that's what I did, then Hornet) during sales. At the unlock rank it works pretty well against others.

Thanks :) . Was kidding about the years bit, obviously. Only a number of hours; nothing anyone else hasn't done. Thanks, again. -

Bloodshed Chapter 2: Apprising Walking. Filled with tension, I try to hide my jittery emotions through a peculiar, solid walk. The museum was affixed to a decrepit library, and I needed to find a way in. Through that very library I’d heard that there was a passage which would allow me easy access to the museum. And here I was, in the library, covered by the gloom of the night. No torch, just moonlight. The gleaming surfaces of the polished stone walls and cedar bookcases utterly surrounded me, no matter where I paced. Two days earlier, Maximus had been deemed inept to continue leading Stefan’s case. Suffering internal bruising around the neck and grievous head wounds, it had taken him over a day to regain consciousness. And unsurprisingly, Stefan had absconded. As Stefan made his exit from the police station, he took time to make sure Randy, guarding the door, was slumped out cold on the concrete floor. Just like everyone else. Liam was in a critical condition with his bullet wound, and I… fainted, notably. Not my fault, considering my injuries. As a result, no one saw Stefan’s escape path. The backup police were queerly alerted too late, and it seemed that nobody was in the immediate vicinity when police investigated the scene ensuing the breakaway. However, Maximus had known more about Stefan than he had disclosed during the interrogation. Once awake, he treated everyone to a large spiel about Stefan’s habits. “Stefan… there are some things you should all know about him,” Maximus was rather weak; not his usual authoritative self. “We,” he hesitated, “Liam and I were following up on some leads about Stefan’s pastimes… I kept some irrelevant information secret from all of you.” Randy and I perked up, alert. I was especially overwrought. Stefan’s trail had gone cold, hadn’t it? Well, we had thought so. Maximus continued, “It seems like Stefan has a little hideout in a proximate museum. He practically lived in that place,” he paused briefly, “and probably returned there. You might have heard of the library it’s connected to; the Heritage Atheneum…” His weary voice became a whisper in my head, drowned out spontaneously as my mental state slowly shattered. Swirls of vivid thoughts rushed through my mind; pictures of myself finding Stefan, and…” Now here I am, in the Heritage, searching for the doorway that’ll lead me directly into Stefan’s hidey-hole. “Police obtain search warrants, and search places. I should be doing that, should I not? As a policeman, I have the right to…” the apprehensive voice inside my mind trailed off. But this trip was unauthorised. Randy had no clue about my impetuous decision to turn up here, alone, without help. Stefan had sparked something inside me; something that made my stomach churn. “Has my memory been altered…?” I sighed the question into the night. Circling around an over-sized bookshelf allowed me to behold a decaying set of double doors. -
If I'll have M3 Hunter, which other hull would suit me best? Not Viking.. Hornet M3 or Wasp M3? Heavy hulls unlock later, so I'm not mentioning them. Please take cost into consideration, too.

I think I took around 8hrs and 34 minutes. Might have lost...

Those quizzes you make can track people right down to their doorsteps (nearly).

Congrats on Bulldozer. :) I'd go with Fracture, or Legend (you have Hornet M2, and although Wasp is better than Hornet, the price is too great just for some speed differences). Legend is the better option, but it's up to you. Also, if you get Legend and find it to be only average in normal battles, you might suffer in the long run. XP/BP wouldn't suffer, but you cannot play only (mainly) that. Take note that I only said might. If you get Legend, will you have enough for another kit to use in normal battles? Thunder M3 isn't enough once you've ranked further into the M3 ranks (against Smokies, etc.) and I've got the impression that Rail M3 is only average in most battles, bad in short, and bad in Poly. If you don't think you will be able to afford another kit on top of that, go for Fracture/M2 Rail (cheaper option).
-
Jackhammer is known to be the better kit. Thunder doesn't last into higher ranks that far, yet Hammer does better. The kits both have the same hull, and paint-wise; both are great.
-
Could I just ask what everyone uses to edit their entries (pictures) / combine multiple pictures, etc.? Anything that does it better than basics? I've obtained an idea, and want it to look half decent. Good luck to everyone, and cheers. :)

A thought on that. I agree with you on Thunder. Ever since I got it, I've used more supplies as killing things in 1-2 shots is just OP. With Fire, though, I found that I didn't need use them as much. If I needed to keep a flag, or kill that Mammoth/Titan in my way, I might've used one or two, but not just for ordinary slaughtering. Fire M2 (and M1..) did that fine without supplies. As for your previous post, I wouldn't get the two kits if I were you, as you'll be paying for one hull twice. Might as well wait until a sale for the two separate items. As for the rest, you have far more experience than me, so I'll only say that I'd prefer to MU a hull/turret instead of only the turret.

Bluebird13, on 10 May 2016 - 21:45, said: Thank you all :) I would like to try all of them, as they seem to be though of differently by different people. I've got Rico, and it is really OP at WO1. Above that, it's okay, nothing more. Although Titan M1/Rico M1 against Fighter kit is actually quite a close battle, thanks to Titan.

M1 Hammer or M1 Vulcan? M1 Rail or M1 Rico? Is Freeze worse than all or better than some? Also, could you rank these 1-5? I'm thinking about my alts. Thanks.

Heh, it's a pity about the crystals. I'd need to wait until morning, like others, to complete it. If only people weren't taking 2-17 minutes to finish.. A day would be better. Take your time, everyone :D . On another hand, crystals aren't everything..

I'd agree; the kit gives you a paint along with a turret/hull, and in general battle, Smoky is better. As for BP, I'm not sure. If you want that sort of play, then consider it. (Anyway, I'm not sure about it.)
-
Just out of interest; where does Freeze M4 sit? Is it underpowered, or average?
-
Definitely Northerner (besides paint, where Savanna is most likely better) unless you want to play BP/XP. This doesn't mean Wasp M2 is a bad hull; it's better (in many cases) than Hornet M2, besides price. Rail is only an average M2. Smoky, on the other hand, is thought to be the best M2 in the game, and Viking M2 is a really good hull. It's only the paint that you might want to investigate. http://en.tankiwiki.com/Savanna http://en.tankiwiki.com/Winter Hope this helps.

1. Northerner/Atlas/Minotaur/Firewall- Depends on the map and situation. Atlas is generally thought to be better than Northerner, but in larger maps.. Firewall is good, but probably second to Minotaur. Again, depends on the situation/map. 5. Mosquito- Wasp is a great light hull; it has as much health as Hornet M2, and is smaller and faster. Rail is average, and I'm pretty sure savannah is helpful. As for Stinger, Isida does best at lower M2 ranks. Other M2s outclass it, and the same goes for Hornet. If you work well with your team, it'd be okay. 6. Stinger- (it unlocks quite early, anyway). Smoky is generally the best M2 turret in the game, but does only average in certain situations (close range, and long range (to an extent)). Twins is great, and so is Fire, but Twins has that bit of extra range. The range difference isn't always the problem, though (depends on hull).

By which rank would Freeze M1 and Rico M1 (separately) stay effective, or stay useable? Please answer both sides to this (when it's effective and when it's simply useable). Thank you. PS Which would you all think is the better one of the two?
-
About Smoky M1; I just want to mention that when I was around to I remember playing a battle in Atra (DM) and being able to finish first by a few kills with it. I only had a few MUs on it. How well it works would depend on the map/mode; the higher your rank, the more limitations might be created (it wouldn't do as well in Poly, for example), but even so, you can stretch the time you use it quite a bit if you play on suitable maps.
-
Alright, I'll give everything a miss.. I can keep going with Shaft M1, and sometimes Fire, using Hornet M0 and Titan M1. Sounds sweet (until early M2, Boar for example)?
-
Thank you, anyone else? I'd say that I'd go for Wasp M1 (so that I can try it, although it may not be very effective), a turret (Rico/Freeze) or save until later. I won't get Vik simply because I don't want to buy something I had on another account. One other note; in some places, I still use Rico M0 when Shaft is not enough, and Fire doesn't fit in the map well. By the way, I find Fire isn't very good with light M0 hulls, so I've even used Titan with it in Poly (to a lot of success, very surprisingly).
