  1. Remember when they grouped the micro-upgrades for each turret / hull into one bundle? Because the individual upgrades were "too complicated"? LOL

    I've also accidentally changed a partially completed mission due to this. It is quite annoying. Have also exited the game (accidentally) because the in-game back button is right below the browser back button. Who thought that was a good idea?

    I would put Rail ahead of fire and thunder since it can one-shot medium hulls with DD. Heck I'd put it ahead of Vulcan since it needs less exposure to return fire.

  5. OP strategy? What? Splash turrets live by the sword and can die by the sword. Advantage from distance. Disadvantage up close. Nothing OP about it. Don't want to get hit by your splash in smaller maps? But an alt or equip a different turret. Same thing for freeze on highways...

  7. A death is a death. They don't keep track of SDs so there no other way to account for it. If you SD, should count as a death, but no loss of points. If somone damaged you before you SD then they should get an assist.
  8. Groups vs Non-Groups. They say it doesn't happen but I don't believe them. More transparency with Group-tags would go a long way - but they refuse. And they need to implement a lobby So one team is not capping while the other team is still loading.

    Don't know - can't get into the game. (but I use the HTML5 access because Flash stopped working for me)

  12. Yes - and before the conversion this player might have had an m2.10 turret. Only restriction was ability to get the m2 version of that turret. Pretty sure Gauss had a fairly low rank requirement for m2. Then the conversion changed any m2 turrets that were upgraded to m2.10 into mk7.0 - which they could continue to upgrade - even at rank of 3rd Lt.

    And has no details - unlike most of the other patch notes with changes to equipment. They tried to sneak this in - no announcement and no explanation.
  16. Was this after the m to the mk conversion? That would be a temporary issue created when they converted m2.10 into mk7.0 A mistake - but - a one-time deal. Players coming up the ranks now, that don't have mk7.0 will not be able to get that before Marshal. The others are moving up and will eventually be fighting other mk7s So at least going forward buyers are limited on how much they can upgrade by their rank.

    You wouldn't happen to use Hornet+Magnum, would you? It's now only useful for trying to prevent flag caps. I've stopped using it in MM - now use Titan or Viking. Shame they've gutted it like they did Mammoth. Hard to believe they put that much weight behind gold-digger crying.

    It's MatchMaker - it sux. Everyone drugs at mid-level or above. Drones might have impact. But really it's MM.

  22. Oh yeah... also reminded me of another thing I did not like. Your development tree was RANDOM. You were at the mercy of the random containers on hat you could improve. Hated that.

    So... then it seems to me there's room for Vulcan to drop down in "OP-ness" if more players actually equipped the module more, right? Going from 28% to 50% protection (if we consider the 3680 hrs from Rail as 50%) will certainly make a significant difference. Rail would definitely be even more efficient (OP?) if it swapped places with vulcan in the module usage.
