I think you two have wires crossed. If I'm understanding correctly... 3rdOnion is discussing fact that at any range Rail does variable damage - not affected at all by distance. So M3 rail does 548-1414 ( 981 average ) regardless of distance from target. FINISHER possibly misread "range" as "distance". Using the word "variable" instead of "range" might remove confusion.

Or by ... contributing to enemy team deaths ;) coughalternateaccountusesdifferentpaintcough Thinking about how k/d contributes to team victory - not a fan. Gives advantage to users of turrets like Shaft & Magnum.

Yes - that finish top-3 on winning team is worse than finish 1st on your team. You start of with ~ 50% chance to accomplish (being on winning team) then you are "battling" against your team-mates. So no matter how well you score, you have < 50% to accomplish this - especially if there's > 5 players per team. Never liked the finish 1st missions but at least you could finish the mission irregardless of how your team is doing.

How would this make magnum OP? With this proposed module you would get protection from Magnum Splash, but not a direct hit. Any current module with Magnum protection gives you protection from splash and a direct hit. Up to individual if they feel it's worth it - but not sure how the proposed module makes magnum better than it currently is when you still have choice to equip a regular module.

valid Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the game

Transferring crystals from players within the battle not a good idea IMO - too much room for abuse. Especially if a group of friends is playing along with random individuals. That group will always benefit. -
Maybe you want to edit a second time and post the english link. Tanki-X sux (partly) because of the way they implemented MM. TO will also suck if they follow suit. The free "custom" battle mode will look mightily attractive in the future.
-
If that's the case there will be fewer people in regular battles. Your group of friends will just end up battling other peoples group of friends. The free "custom" battles will have more players.
-
Sure it's beneficial to play with friends - at the very least you can communicate with them. But is it fair to allow "mini-clans" to join same team in a match-making "random battle"? Not really. It's all about balance. You can still play with friends in custom battles. That's the same response given to those who want to play without supplies. Thanks for the info on k/ accounts. I suspected something like that. How often they junk an account like that if they get a couple deaths early on?
-
See my post about how it goes in Tanki-X. Might be fine for u in groups - but for all individual people joining random battles? Not so much. Allowing groups to form and enter same battle will be similar to regulars fighting clans - no balance. I posted a joke response earlier but I almost said "Keeper Kit upgraded. I was half-right. It's Keeper Kit plus Pirahana kit. Probably both upgraded right away with $$ Both modules probably upgraded as well. So playing with m1 10/10 = m2 against mostly low ranks with low rank equipment = playing in a different stratosphere. 4666 supplies (627 RK) used in 22 hrs. ;) In comparison my lower account in 89 hrs has used 3076 supplies (233 RK) I notice ZERO hrs on DM - means this person also has a lot of help - team-mates, isidas glued to backside while gulping down those RKs. The stats wont stay even remotely like that as player plays > 22 hrs - opponents will eventually have similar equipment because the current equipment has the largest gap in power that player will ever see. That K/d will go down a lot - only way to preserve it is to not play that account.
-
Not sure if that would make a difference. If the salvo never gets launched (lock-on time too long) your tweak never has a chance to happen. The laser giving away the strikers location and intent to fire for 3 plus seconds is just too much for enemies to ignore. They know if they kill you or at least impact you, the lock-on will never occur.
-
Probably Fire/wasp with 3 friends on Island. The friends then forgot where the space-bar was...
-
Odd - I don't see shafts winning every battle... maybe every now and then. Winners seem to be a mixture every battle. Usually on the teams that co-operate the most.
-
We don't have MM now, so how can you be sure of that? Tanki-X has something that allows it - and - it's a mess. Clan-like groups just dominating battles. So unbalanced - might as well not have MM.
-
Yup - nothing like a lower account to mult on another team and drag that k/d ratio into the cellar. People do this on a regular basis. imagine what they will do for a limited event? Once they pass any minimum threshold to participate, will be sitting there like fat hens in front of wolves.
-
Why do you need to? Limited event - would it really harm you to play against friends? What are you going to do when match-making comes permanently?
-
Liquid Metal. Reminds me of the razzle dazzle camouflage schemes used on ships in WWI and WWII.
-
Do they though? Tanki-X introduced match-making a while ago. But at the same time they also created friends groups. So these "friends groups" enter match-making battles against random singles and well... it's not very close. At all. So I have reservations about what will happen in TO. Plus there's um... MAGNUM. Blech.
-
The lack of Striker use in battles would suggest otherwise...
-
So... we'll put you down as... undecided? :)
-
Shared Overdrive is absolutely one of the worst (un)balancing features. team that gets it first has such a huge advantage -- unlikely to lose the battle at that point.
-
Don't forget to take the time to record said transgression, post it to violators forum - and maybe have that person banned for ONE DAY.
-
Your username though... "____mult" ... :o

100k xp gives you more flexibility... capture points, cap flags, heal team-mates with isida, kill tanks and even damaging tanks that die get you exp. 100k much easier.
-
I had that Super-Mission for 100k xp for 84k crystals. It was a real chore - and - basically my Pro-Pass became useless because who is gonna play Pro-battles when the Super-Mission is still sitting there. It can be inconvenient when, during holidays, you get other difficult missions. keeping the chain alive became a bit of an issue. Swore I'd switch the next one - haven't seen one yet.
-
Of course what you do in the battle is all that matters. At the same time CLAN vs Non-Clan is not at all the same as random people in a battles. You understand the difference right? And... looks more like 9 vs 9, and jokker in first battle at 2-and-26? Not helping your case. ;)
