What did y'all do to the game overnight? It's literally EVEN trashier 24 hours later. Did I mention aim assist rail is complete garbage now? I didn't? Well... aim assist rail is complete garbage now.

I also support MAF But rail aim assist sucks. Who's idea WAS that?

Tanki cares not for loyalty. Loyalty pays no bills nor buys no 'porche's. Money does. This game--today--is meant to be disposable. I mean, let's be honest. This game is trash. Disposable. Throw away. Not memorable.

I did not engage in the chat/forum until after overdrives were implemented. If anyone complained, I was not a part of it. And I don't really retain anyone else's complaints. My official complaint has always been the failure of having even strength teams during matchmaking. Most other complaints are jabs at tanki's silliness. However, I am really enjoying reading all the different perspectives. Just saying.

And for me, this wasn't my first game and I wasn't a kid. And there were flaws, sure. But the flaws back then were something you could live with because they weren't as ridiculous as the flaws the game has now.

Don't worry, my dude. I'm sure that all the hackers infesting tanki only confine themselves to the parkour arenas. (lol)

I think we need to rename this game from tanki to Railski. In honor of the fabulous turret that never misses.

Tanki doesn't necessarily tell the whole truth, however. Bots aren't as bad as you'd think they would be. It isn't a stretch that they are already in higher ranked battles--and have been for a while. I mean... 'aim assist' (to some) might look like a hack. But (to others), it could also look like a bot...

I just assume they are bots since the 'lag' only affects some tanks and not others.

They should call it 'auto hit' and not 'aim assist'... It's a more accurate description. It's changed the game in a negative manner.

Just had a 'lag' where 4 tanks on red and 3-4 tanks on my team were spinning around in a circle. Couldn't do damage to them and they certainly weren't playing. I wonder if they were bots and the system lagged...?

I have 5 augments for a hull I have never used. Zero for either of the 2 hulls I do actually use. lol. Random.

What I've observed (and I made a complaint in the complaint book about it) is that the rail turret doesn't even have to be aiming in your direction for it to score a hit anymore. So, I'm not sure this magical phenomenon can be even blamed on lag at this point. Just shoddy programming.

Doesn't happen with the majority of the other turrets, though. Primarily rail. Scorpion was always sketchy programming with the kooky flight path of its rockets, but it's almost always rail shots through buildings. So... aim assist needs to be altered.

I wonder if clicking on the 'report post' link will report my post or the orignal post I copied it from. Did you want to try it and see what happens?

Understood. For future reference, if this bug happens six months from now (because this bug has been around for a LONG time), and I report it, will that count as a 'repost' and is in violation, or will you consider that the bug is 'not fixed' and needs reporting?
