Had one of the most comical moments happen in a CTF battle recently. Our teammate was carrying the flag and got killed just as he was jumping off a ledge. A clueless dictator happened to be just below him, and picked up the flag. So he then proceeded to very slowly stumble along to our base with the flag, sluggishly turning and crashing into almost every wall along the way, all while being swarmed by 4 teammates with hoppers just begging him to drop the flag and save everyone a lifetime of waiting ? But you know what? At least he actually went to our base and actually capped the flag. I've had to deal with way worse teammates in the past.

The main problem with these boxes is that they distract players from gameplay and cause conflicts between those wanting to run around and collect boxes and those trying to play the objective. I know you don't agree with this and I know you will want to argue in favour of crystal boxes, but it just cannot happen at higher ranks, where gameplay is more intense and focused on victory.

Well, a good change they made recently is that you now get sent back to the battle list when you leave a PRO battle, instead of getting sent back to the menu. I also like that they added new filters for sorting by battle names, maps and a bunch of other stuff. It's still far from perfect though. I think the most annoying thing at the moment is that you get sent to a whole separate screen for each individual battle, and when creating a battle, you get a whole other separate screen for special settings. It's just too many layers of stuff, and I feel like it would be better to have it all on one screen, even if that means making it a bit cramped. it's the same reason why having too many sub-sections on the forum is a bad idea, because people just get lost and confused about how to navigate the screen. Another important factor is how much you need to move your mouse across the screen when making a battle, because sometimes you just want to quickly make a game with one or two custom settings, and the constant clicking back and forth makes the process noticeably more tedious (even if it's just 1-2 clicks/seconds extra). P.S. I just checked and realised that there's a keyboard shortcut for scrolling through battles when you have one battle selected (Q and E), so that seems quite convenient. There's also quite a few other keyboard shortcuts, which can significantly speed up using the battle list once you get used to them.

I've been using keyboard controls since 2011, but switched to mouse in August, as soon as Ares came out and I started using it. Since I now almost exclusively use hover hulls, I use mouse most of the time. With other hulls I still prefer keyboard controls, though I don't mind using mouse and sometimes don't bother switching to keyboard for one short battle. Hover hulls are definitely far better with mouse, though there's a fairly serious issue where the turret has a weird rubber band effect and turns beyond your camera position, then stops and turns back to the proper position. Devs are aware of this issue and I believe they said they'll fix it, but until it happens I'm forced to use rapid fire turrets with mouse controls so that it won't be a huge issue when I miss a shot because of this. The Shaft keyboard scope issue is extremely annoying, and I sympathise with players, who are being forced to use mouse controls if they wish to play Shaft. I strongly disagree with devs' decision to not fix that issue. On the other hand, I find Shaft to be quite effective with mouse controls, so perhaps my recommendation would be to use Shaft only in combination with hover hulls for the time being.

This is possible if the enemy has either Booster drone, or you had the AP effect at the time you were being shot, which makes it so that the enemy ignores all your protections.

It's ok, all you gotta do is buy the AP immunity augment on each of your hulls for 5000tk and you'll be immune to the AP effect! /s

I switched to EN interface when I switched to HTML5. It really doesn't matter to me what language I play in, but I guess English is more convenient for when I want to share screenshots of interface with text (e.g. to show someone where a certain button is).

I disagree. When the whole supply duration is just 30 seconds and that amount of time is often enough to go to the enemy base and back, 5 seconds is a significant amount of time, and 10 seconds is an eternity. There have been countless occasions where smart cooldowns caused me to lose a fight either because I made a mistake in the order I activate them, or simply didn't have enough time. In fact, one of the main reasons I use Defender and Booster as opposed to other drones is because of the 5 second reduction on smart cooldowns due to DD/DA not having a cooldown at all.
