  1. What would you consider to be a "balanced K/D"? I've seen solo players in DM with a K/D of more than 5.0 without any teaming. This sounds more like a P2W issue than a teaming issue. See? The way you're describing it doesn't make it easy for moderators to understand how to enforce the rule. Where do you draw the line between simply ignoring and actively teaming? What conditions do two or more players need to meet in order to count as saboteurs in DM? There's no clear answer, so instead of trying to make up convoluted rules for sabotage in DM, why not just let people play it whichever way they want? At the end of the day, DM isn't a core game mode, so it's fine if it's not entirely fair or balanced.
  2. How do you enforce the second rule? I play DM alone, but sometimes I ignore certain players that have Defender and 50% prot from my turret because it's a waste of time to shoot them. And if I have 50% from them, they often ignore me too. So in that case are we teaming and breaking your rule? And to be honest, teaming with friends in DM is actually detrimental most of the time, because it means you have fewer enemies to shoot, and you reduce your efficiency when you spend too much time being careful not to shoot your friends.

    Or just... don't join such battles? I get your frustration, but I wouldn't extrapolate this one incident into a "grotesque status" of the whole game. MM battles don't have such issues.

  7. What @mjmj5558 is saying is that if you give up your HP, it means you're gonna be damaged most of the time, so you'll die more easily and more often, leading to more time wasted on respawning.
  8. Battle score bonuses are risky to mess with, since they affect the meta of how many of the game's missions and challenges are done. People grinding Phoenix hull augmnts would probably immediatly switch to anything that gives them battle score faster, and everyone else would complain that players using this augment get an unfair advantage that helps them take top spots in team. The advantage needs to be gameplay-based, so for example, this augment could be a legendary version of Adrenaline, where you have faster healing by default (like you said), but losing own health also gives progressively more damage.
  9. It's certainly interesting. I'm not sure what the implications are of a turret that gives massive EXP bonuses. Would it even be worth it? Getting EXP faster isn't something most players want in Tanki as it only makes it harder to keep up equipment upgrades at lower ranks, and then gives one normal container per 40k EXP on Legend.
  10. Yeah, especially considering that status augments got demoted from legendary to epic tier recently. They're not meant to compete with endgame OP augs.

    Wow, this seems interesting. I have questions: Does this happen in MM or PRO battles? When you say "blowing up", you mean your tank gets destroyed? What does the battle log show? Self-destruction? What do you mean by "I'm no longer solid"? And yeah, a video would be very helpful.

    I think this was tested before and confirmed that all "floating" score is added up at the end of the battle, so you don't lose anything. I'm sure there's a reason for the score to be counted the way it does now. Probably simplicity of implemntation, or optimisation to reduce lag. Since players normally don't monitor their score after every action, this isn't a major issue.

  20. I think you're confusing it with the second part of the idea? The first part has nothing to do with bans. It's just asking for a different result between searching for a non-existent account name, and searching an account that has its profile stats set to hidden.
  21. Seems like there's deeper underlying issues in the game, and what you're proposing is a weak treatment of the effects, rather than a cure.

  23. But when you have a crit kills mission, can't you just equip a diffeent turret/augment that's better for crit kills? If you somehow don't have one, just use the stock turret without augments.
