How you figure? During this "experiment" it's barely holding it's own. 10k damage before a clip reload - but that's only 5k when there's DA. And takes 7.2 seconds to do that 5k. What am I missing here?

There's tons of reasons to leave battles early, and MM is a huge part of that. You can stick around with legends playing inferior equipment - I really don't care. But I'm not wasting my time with what are mostly mults. And good luck advocating for some kind of penalty. TX had that and died a quick death.

Depends on the battle mode, though right? Leading in kills with high score in game while your team loses a CP battle with 4 campers... is that good?

You seem desperate to convince "us" - not sure why. And all this stems from... You: the "experiment" shows how a turret may fair, damage-wise against a '50% module team'. me: Taking into account 2x health with option for Defender Drone... not really. It has spiraled way out from that, so there's no point in further discussing this as we have different opinions on almost everything. (If attacking team in assault actually tries to cap, each individually, and wins - you want to call that "teamwork" go ahead. I don't agree - they just happened to follow the mode of the battle they were in and that makes them successful. No co-operation [teamwork] necessary.)

Also helps when you are playing teams that seem to favor killing in Assault over capping. Top 3 opponents went 8-0, 7-4, 6-4. Did they even try to cap? Congrats.

I never advocated for battles based on GS. Lots of other steps to fix MM. That you think MM is "fine to excellent" shows your limited viewpoint. What is "Pay-To-Win weapon"? Your AP immunity protects you against Hull OD, There are so few AP turret augments out there as to be inconsequential. And... you skipped over the BattelPass section. Convenient oversight?

I see what you mean. It's like the EMP immunities as well. Hunter was singled out for a bonus OD nerf - until they added AP immunity. But can't buy that yet, even with TKs. Devs are purposely boosting specific hulls/turrets while giving the shaft to others. I mean look at the favoritism shown during the double-health. Good luck to hammers unless you equip the 5-shot augment and have maybe booster.

Please stop - the other team had TWO mults out of 6. No Legend should be entering a battle with GS < 6000. Those GS scores are way, way below average. I would have left that team, and that is probably what happened - players left and were filled by new ones that need to start generating ODs - which make or break the game.

You did not answer my question. Once more - can you honestly say in the examples you posted where defending team won in Assault, the teams were balanced?

Seeing a LOT more freeze immunity hull augments these days... must be nice...

In your ASL Defending team wins... do you honestly consider those teams balanced? As I said - I went 10-and-Oh as attacker. With 2x health combined with Defender drone, it's almost impossible to stop the attackers. Sure there might be a few maps that help out the defenders, but (way) more often than not the attackers will win.

You have a Dictator mk5. Hull immunity EMP is basically THE BEST hull augment for Dictator. You may want to re-think that if you plan on using medium hulls...

I'd put Gauss in this category, arguably better than Striker with that augment.

You understand that players abandoning battles is a symptom right? The underlying cause of that symptom is MatchMaker. How about you campaign for changes to MatchMaker, which is not close to what you think it is. It is deeply flawed. Fixes to MM will lower the incidences of abandonment. But I don't really see you focusing on that. And wow... it's not an actual life experience. It's a game. Sidebar... the "only things you buy" is hull immunities? HELLO - they are OP to the extreme. At least the drones and most augments can be bought with "hard-earned" crystals. And if you spend $ on BPs then you are getting Gold-level rewards 5x as often as F2P tankers. You don't think all those extra crystals and augments and containers gives you a big advantage? Seems a wee bit hypocritical to be commenting on "Pay-To-Win" weapons when you are basically the same.

Well you left out the Defender drone so... maybe try again. And hate to break it to you, but unless you play regularly in a group/with friends there is very little team-work. In TO it's basically everyone doing their own thing. I've seen three defenders trying to kill incoming incoming Hoppers to no avail. I have played about 10 Assault battles during the experiment as "attacker" and in each battle the "attackers" slaughtered the defenders... avg score was ~ 70-15.

You think Titan is OP (with 6 ODs that can counter it ??? ???) but... Viking is fine at 14 seconds? ?

This will never be solved until MatchMaker is overhauled. Never. MM is integral to why many players leave battles. Fix MM and a lot less players will abandon battles.

Nah. If the enemies don't have Defender or Crisis they Booster. They ALL have drones though. So I'm fighting against tanks with 12,000 to 24,000 health BEFORE you account for the module. Hardly the same thing at all.

Some missions are way, way harder to complete at the moment. But overall I'd say most complaints are about the quality of the battles. Many are just big ?

Hopper has an unfair advantage in battles like CTF, Rugby and Assault.

meh. And... I only got that many containers because I spent 500 TKs to get gold tier to obtain the Dictator EMP. I got what I paid for - the containers were "bonus". Relatively a bad bonus - but bonus it was. ?
