  1. I don't think it's cumulative for Hunter. Whatever code applied the delay to Hunter OD has been applied to all the other ODs (except wasp) Never liked the delay Hunter. It's bad on Mammoth because 1) it needs to be close to enemies and 2) the healing is useless in this situation now if not instant. They should revise it so it heals x-amount each second of the OD.
  2. They've killed Mammoth OD. It only lasts 9 seconds and having to wait for the health is a death sentence.

  4. I've got nothing else to spend crystals on. Well... except for supplies. Looks like DEvs are shafting us there - especially on Batteries. Less than 500 on one account and it's using Brutus right now. But that's a huge disadvantage compared to many of the drones.
  5. Between status effects and criticals, this is not as important as it used to be. Getting Armadillo should be the highest priority. (GOOD LUCK) Pretty sure Devs knew the pool of TKs for that contest was never gonna rise high enough for all to get that module. Otherwise, there would have been a few ppl looking for new jobs right after that...
  6. Was in an Assault battle the other day. Almost 50% of enemy team was equipped with Status Rails - was just ridiculous. The Crit Rate needs to drop for Status Rails. Not happy with 50% Crit rate on stock (makes module useless) but it's not as bad as the status ones.
  7. If you are using Mammoth OD just to get the extra healing that's a waste. Better off using Dictator then as you get all supplies and extra score if anyone is near you. Plus the supercharge.
  8. It's only mk6 and my only decent Hull augment is cold immunity - so it is quite vulnerable until I hit OD. Made it top-2 once though. But crappy luck on map selection... Kunger, Brest, Massacre, etc. Will likely perform better when on smaller maps and I don't spend half my time travelling.
  9. Haven't capped yet (every stinking map so far has been on the large end) but I must have killed about 70+ tanks in the 4 battles I played.
  10. Ah... is that relatively new - when hey gave it some buffs? Bought mk6 mammoth on this account and I'm gonna troll enemies with Trickster and EMP smoky. May not get top-3 but it's pretty funny.

  12. I play. I just happen to be wrong there. And they ARE doing the bulk of the capping these days in place of Hopper. The hull is an abomination and is ruining the game. But your Nostradamus-like prediction could come true. Devs have sucked the joy out the game and I really don't see myself continuing to play much. I mean what's the point when my Mk7.20 Titan with AP immunity dies in 2 seconds?

  16. On a small map. Good luck on Kunger or Alexandrovich or some of the even bigger maps. Good chance you'll die arriving at the enemy base unless you use OD before you have the flag. But then you've got nothing left for the return trip.
  17. As the player base keeps shrinking (there is no denying this) the lower ranks will continue to struggle as they are forced to play higher and higher ranks via MatchMaker. Fewer and fewer of those new players will stick around due to not being competitive. It will be a vicious loop that gets ever smaller and smaller. I never said it will fold this year. But it's inevitable it will happen sooner than later.
  18. Have you not noticed player base dropping with each and every change they've made over past 6 months to a year? The recent rewards change will be the death-knell.
  19. Who knows - probably a short while after there's too few players to run any kind of MM.
  20. Paladin is the OP flavour-of-the-month. Unless you are using that specific hull, you will be at a disadvantage. Regarding all the other hulls... some are more niche than others. Like Mammoth... best for small maps or modes where enemies will congregate - ie Siege. If you need to travel a lot a hull like Mammoth may not do so well because it is just so darn slow.

  22. I was being generous. You just emphasized how useless those expensive protection modules can be. And balancing a turret against the possibility that players will equip the module is just wrong for 2 reasons... 1) Players that don't equip the module will constantly get wrecked - which basically forces players to use 1 of 3/4 slots on one specific turret 2) the module does almost nothing anyway, since the bulk of Rails damage comes from critical which ... ignores the module.

  24. Well it contributes "nothing at all" right now because it's pretty much useless. Don't see anyone using it.
  25. Having a 50% chance of delivering a status effect IS OP. I can't believe you honestly think otherwise. And who uses Rail protection these days? It's useless when > 66% of the damage it might block is in fact NOT blocked. And as Asem mentioned above - balancing a turret to account for possible protections is a huge mistake. What happens to all the players who don't have that module equipped?
