No Hunter is going to risk approaching the dome to stun a Titan for 2 seconds. If the Titan (and any team-mates close by) can't destroy the Hunter before it gets in range then the dome deserves to come down.

Why does Hunter "need something removed"? And with Titan they did not just remove something. They buffed damage reduction. And I've been using it in CTF... sure it would be nice to have the healing - but - I've been dropping it a little outside enemy base and spawn-killed them effectively. Even the Hunters. You just need to do it a little further away than you used to. You are confusing quantity with quality. The main weakness with Hunter is range. They reduced that AND increased the delay. It is a lot harder to use the OD than you think. Other ODs like hornet, rail, dictator and even viking don't have their OD fail nearly as often as Hunter does because of death. Wasp typically drops it's bomb as it is dying and take 1+ enemies with it.

OR... move it so it's not RIGHT BELOW the browser arrow. It's just lazy programming. I've hit the wrong arrow many times. it's just dumb. OH... and fix the start of game lags for crying out. There's always one team with a hornet+trooper that caps a flag before enemy team has finished loading into the game. THIS HAPPENS EVERY DAY. FIX IT!

Seriously? P2W... Pay-To-WIN. Those who PAY WIN way more often... as in top-3. Has nothing to do with how far you can progress. You progress just by playing - even with junk equipment. Can take a long, long time, but you still progress. But you don't WIN.

Does not explain how to fight a sergeant with m2 smoky and m2 titan. Saving is awesome. But does not come close to what a buyer can have at the same rank.

Hunter was nerfed already.

I use Incendiary as my default setting for smoky. And if you ever play no-supply battles sit back and watch your kill-count keep going up.

You can still pick up supply boxes and a dictator can give you all supplies. Death. Hunters OD have short range. Kill it from a distance.

I have most of the alts. I pretty much use incendiary all the time now. Most players don't have both smoky & fire protection so at least a chunk of your damage is doing full amount.

No lifers may get the special items during Challenges, but those are mostly cosmetic. Unless they spend $$ and get the extra passes for upper Teir they will not be an issue because they rank up much faster. Income-to-experience ratio is not much better than "non-lifers". So it's buyers that stay at your rank while aquiring powerful items that are indeed an issue to some extent.

Is it based on the m-level of your own turret you have equipped? Like... smoky m2 will give the juggernaut an m2 rail and m2 striker?

Supplies? Not a problem. Drones? Jury is still out. I have a stash of batteries - but that is because I only use drones when it looks like I will really need them - difficult missions, etc. Not really willing to deplete my supply vastly to test out a theory... let me know how it goes ?

what exactly does "smart" mean? A low-rank player ends up in a battle against buyers that have kits fully upgraded to m2.9. And upgraded drones. Is the "smart" move to exit that battle ASAP? In those situations skills will only do so much...

It's the same thing. You say we can handle P2W but you don't like drones. And yet buyers are pretty much the only players that can get and upgrade the powerful drones like defender at a low rank. The P2W is just taking a different form than it used to.

They already nerfed Hunter. If you are still having trouble with it maybe you need to adjust your tactics.

My alt account, when it was Maj General, had to start playing against Legends because MM determined there were not enough players in the pool to have decent rank-spreads. That's just ridiculous. And this is a huge part of why battles today are sad. Stars. Players only ever care about stars.

Well to be fair - your GS score at Captain is A-typical. You've pumped your m2 equipment to max at expense of having no other decent equipment. If you changed from current set-up your GS score would drop - A LOT. My Lt. General GS is just over 6900 - and that's because I don't have access to m3 yet.

Agree with a lot of what you say about ODs - except for Mammoth being too fast. Even at m4 it's slow. My m4 titan feels slow and mammoth is a bit slower than that. Sure it gets a good boost from OD - but that is only 7 seconds. Might seem great on small maps - but then do it on Alexandrovich or Highways... 7 seconds seems like nothing. And yeah the Hunter delay is dumb. 30-40% of the time you die before it actually activates. Then you have to recharge AGAIN. It's not like Hunter actually helps you until you get really close. Almost useless for scoring in any big map.

"Compared to" is key. Both are terrible. Terrible as in archipalego-map terrible. All these new battle-modes water down the player-pool available per mode. So you either wait a long time or end up in battles with a crazy wide rank-spread. These new modes need to be placed in Pro-Battles (which no longer cost anything to play) so the basic modes CTF/TDM/CP have a decent-sized player pool.

The mode makes no sense. is it supposed to be played like polygon CP? Cuz that's what is happening and... ?

Damage is based on charge-time. The more damage I want to do, the longer I hold it. But what If I want to do high damage to a single target that is close to other tanks. How does it decide between 1) damaging 1 tank or 2) damaging multiple tanks? Also - what defines "peripheral vision" interms of max distance between tanks that can be damaged?
