Yeah ... BUT ... this is a game - where people come to have fun. Real-life war is not about having fun. And IMO, unbalanced battles are not so fun. One reason why people leave this game - because they are not having fun.

Well, in that case does it matter what turret they are using? 4 of any turret will make short work of 1 target.

I see multiple Vikings in every battle - more than Hunter - and they get many kills each time they use them. They are very effective. So the only buff for Viking should be better recharge. Not sure what to do about mammoth. They ruined it by taking away invulnerability. It's a heavy hull that requires close contact. Odd combo.

Well, 1 module will cover you against 50% of the enemy tanks...

I've complained about this for months. If you aren't missing tanks completely, you often have 1 or 2 just sitting around ... collecting supplies or chatting or doing nothing. But - I think it works exactly the way they want it to work. That unbalanced battle is supposed to "encourage" you to play more. And... supposedly - too many balanced battles is bad. :lol: Yes, you heard that right. If all the battles are close, "it's bad for the game because players will get bored". LMAO at these amateur psychologists. Imagine that... getting bored because the battle was close. I mean... why would you ever want to play another battle like that? ;)

So longer than Mammoth gets? I think 10 sec would be too long for the damage it can do. Fire is not optimal with Viking. Just like Gauss and Vulcan are not optimal with Hunter. Maybe tweak the recharge a little.

Running with 2 medium hulls at that rank will be an issue unless you somehow have a huge influx of crystals. The crystals spent maintaining a 2nd medium could be better spent on a different category hull, or more/better modules or even a useful drone.

Viking OD on the surface does have a slow recharge - manily because it can do the most damage in such a short time. But... as most battles are team battles, there's a good chance you get boosts from Dictators and also the "OD supply drop". So in battle-situatons, Viking has OD available a lot more often than might be suspected. If it charged faster on it's own, combined with above boosts, it would be kind of ridiculous.

This is understandable - however - casual gamers have 2 issues with this. 1) Challenges affect individual battles for everyone. Many players ignore the battle-mode goals totally, only focussing on getting lots of stars. So Rugby, CTF and Assualt have become TDM battles instead. Why die trying to cap a flag (and waste time re-spawning) when you can just kill a whole bunch of tanks. 2) The War has doubled down on Challenges as something for hardcore players. It's all or nothing - unlike the first two Wars which were fun for hard-core & casual players.

That's my point. Sure it might be "balanced" - but those blowouts - on either side - are bad. Balancing a blow-out one way with a blow-out the other way... just does not cut it. both are boring.

sure it's "possible" - but if you're relying on OD to make it balanced - good luck. m3 to m4 ~ 14% ... not huge gap, but it makes a difference. Then there's all the modules, which marshal will NOT have maxed out - so factor in that. Now you come to the new drone - where the Legend will basically have constant DD, SB and DA. Gap widens even more. And no idea how they are treating RKs... better not have a 0-second cooldown - that would be ridiculous.

95% Marshals in the game do not have m4 equipment. You can get that by buying (not what we are discussing) or by spending every single crystal on 1 combo. What will you do when that legend switches to Rail-Hornet (still with new drone) and kills your Titan with 2 shots? And guaranteed the legend will 45%-to-50% protection against your 1 turret. And will also have the bility to switch to a turret you dont have a high module in.

Rank brackets are not small. How do you figure a marshal can defeat a legend that has equipped an upgraded version of this new drone? It won't even be close.

Hunter re-sets your cooldown. So - depends on m-level of the drone that reduces the cooldown length.

Interesting how none of your points have anything to do with actual game-play. In Battle - it's terrible. Shaky cam and camera angle is not good at all.

Well, Titan has a chance to kill the Hunter before it gets close. And depending on Turret Hunter has, and availability of DD, it may not even be able to kill a Titan it has zapped. Then if Titan has OD handy... Hornet with OD has a good chance of killing Hunter before it's in range even with out DD. Viking does not need DD if it uses OD. Many counters to Hunter. Doesn't Dictator have 4 "abilities"? - Immediate supplies, includng RK - Share supplies - Freeze aura - Boost team-mates OD

There are legends that have been playing a LONG time and probably have a War Chest even after last sale. There are Legends that use $$ to improve their garage. The above 2 groups will ramp up on the new drone a lot faster than you suggest. But the biggest isue is all those ranks below Legend who have to play against Legends because of the silly wide rank-spreads. Devs just introduced another way to make that unbalance even greater.

Imagine the number of mines you can place... pretty sure every Legend a few of those in their garage... :lol: I pity the Marshals, FM, Brigadiers and Gismos going forward. With such a high price, Legend-buyers will pretty much be the only ones who will have an upgraded drone for quite some time. This drone really does make it more P2W.

Tried HTML5... don't like camera or the movement and yes, aiming is more difficult. So I'll keep using Flash until that disappears. Then maybe find something else to do.

What hull are you using? Maybe the enemy has Hornet OD activated? Tried that combo and got lots of kills easily on maps that provide good camping spots.

Over 50 or 100 battles, you may indeed get close to 50% (yours was 44% - you suk :P ) But what of the quality of those battles? I don't care if I come out 50-50 if most of the battles were blow-outs one way or the other. Additionally, if you are often lowest rank in battle (rank-spreads too wide) once again, the quality of that battle for you is poor.

I thought it was 450... but not 100% sure. Unless you are somehow rolling in Coins... the 470 TK for 10 stars is a complete ripoff - considering you can get gold-Tier rewards for 30 tk more.
