It took me hours to write this (partly due to me having to do other things while I was writing it) and it seems to have been forgotten so I'll put it here again in a spoiler so it wouldn't take up a big part of the page. These are my thoughts on the logic of the alterations and what changes should be made for some of them.

These are some good battles using the Support Nanobots alteration: The one thing that irritates me is that I often find myself in the proximity of enemies, alone. Many times, I played with Legends who had 50% protection against me and double armour and I was only doing 29 damage per tick. I can't really defend myself against enemies due to my decreased damage. I hate being almost defenceless but I don't like not healing my teammates either so I'll endure the hardship. Edit: This one one of the more worse games I had.

We played a few MM battles together yesterday. I don't remember seeing you in any battles though.

Speaking of v7.7, I checked his account yesterday and just as I suspected, he abandoned the account. Took more than 800 golds away from possible hard-working players just to ditch the account like it wasn't worth the 825 gold boxes it caught. People like him ruin experiences for normal players.

Then it would look inconsistent with the medium hulls' and heavy hulls' M4 Health.

At least blowouts don't last as long now. That's a plus. But then again, that can be a double-edged sword where the team being blown out has less time to reach the threshold for stars.

The guy was probably playing all day. You'll see a lot of players like that completing the challenge in 5 days. I don't see an incentive to do this.

They would buy it if more than half of the items, they don't have. Like for me, I was tired of waiting for good affordable kits in the shop so I was going to buy the one I could have afforded with that current kit rotation selection. I bought the BumbleBee kit. I looked at it and looked at what I already had before buying it. I already had the Hive paint but I don't really care about paints that much. I already had 30% Hammer protection. Buying the kit would have increased that to 35% protection which isn't much of an increase against a Hammer but it enabled me to upgrade it further. I didn't have Hammer or Hornet M3 so there was a plus. I had Hornet M2 so it was kind of tough to decide but I did it anyway. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If I were to buy kits, I'd look at what I already have from 3 parts available: Turret, Hull, Protection. The Paint doesn't matter to me. If I have the Turret and not the Hull and Protection Module, I'll buy it. If I have the Hull and not the Turret and Protection Module, there is a small chance I would not buy it. If I have the Protection Module and not the Turret and Hull, I'll buy it. A little more in-depth now: If I had the Turret and the Hull but not the Protection Module, I wouldn't buy it. If I had the Turret and Protection Module but not the Hull, I wouldn't buy it. If I had the Hull and Protection Module but not the turret, there is a small chance I would buy it. This is also influenced by what modification the turret and hull are before the potential purchase.

Ok, I can confirm this now. got killed while healing a guy. When I respawned, I healed a guy for two ticks of healing and my score went from 223 to 230 instantly. Why isn't this written in the EN Wiki? They have players thinking that they're losing all the exp gained from healing when they die while doing it.

Yup, had a good Assault battle (Assault seems to be the only mode that my Support Nanobots alteration thrives in) yesterday. Here it is: I had two Incendiary Vulcans to heal and luckily, a Striker and an enemy incendiary Vulcan were shooting at both of them and I was racking up some sweet points. We couldn't capture any flag because of their defence so we just played TDM till the battle was over. Edit: Shiki was an enemy Isida who was healing the Incediary Vulcan that my Incendiary Vulcans were shooting.

The minimum score requirement seems to be 70 now.

Oh. I was expecting a house or houses to be on top of the hills on the sides as well.

The only real downside of Incendiary Rounds for Smoky is that it doesn't deal 700-800 damage instantly for a critical hit. If they don't have Fire protection, you'd have to wait at least 3 seconds to get more damage than the critical. If they have 50% Fire protection, it would be the same as an M1 Smoky with 7/10 upgrades hitting you with its critical shot but in order to achieve that damage, you'd have to wait the 5 seconds. So basically, if you want an instant kill, you use regular Smoky. If you want a delayed kill, you use Incendiary. Hmmmm, that rhyme sounded nice...

I don't know about Y'all, but these battles I've been in just seem...off. I don't know, it just seems like there's an enormous pressure being pushed onto my back while I'm playing. The atmosphere feels heavy and draggy...forced even. I don't feel comfortable playing battles, unlike the last Challenge. Hopefully, I feel better to make it to Beating Hearts. It's also nice that they lowered the requirement for the number of points you need to get stars. Had a battle where I was first with 83 points. The 2nd placed guy had 72 points. We both got stars. The 3rd placed guy had 60 points and got no stars which lead me to believe the number has been decreased from 90 to 70. It sucks that that battle was a blowout though.

Yeah but they're super expensive. I was tempted to buy a module during the December sales but that would have meant I wouldn't have gotten Striker. The next module I'd buy would be either Thunder, Striker or Smoky.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and looking at the meme in the way it was made after I made that post. I think I have an idea as to what it's saying.
-
Wouldn't it be the other way around though?

I remember that time when they went nuts and widened the rank brackets for PRO and Non-PRO battles. I remember vividly, the benchmark I always used was WO4-Major. They made it so that Majors could play with WO2s. Now, you got Sergeant-Majors playing with Lieutenant Colonels. That's a big step in both directions.

I can't take Ricochets throwing around my Titan with their impact force while dealing tons of damage to me because I don't have the Rico protection equipped. I currently have no modules for Medium-ranged Turrets. I have 1 for Melee, 2 for Close-ranged and 1 for Long-Ranged.

Hammer shouldn't have a double shot feature tbh. With Stock Hammer, you could shoot someone, they would pop a double armour and maybe a Repair kit. With Duplet, both your shots come out before 0.3 seconds. That's madness, you're basically defenceless against that if it comes up to you from behind. The nerf doesn't seem to dissuade Hammer players from using Duplet because all the Hammers I've seen since still use Duplet.

Anyone else getting into battles where your team just instantly loses?

I don't see why Tanki hasn't implemented a way for us to see whether or not players are in a group. -
The devs said, during the last balance change for Ricochet, that Ricochet is a short-ranged turret and not a medium-ranged turret. They decreased the range but also increased the amount of ammo it can shoot in one clip. I have 33% protection with M3 Titan yet I still get melted by them because they have seemingly infinite ammo. Why do you say that it got nerfed to the ground when a lot of Ricochet players get very high scores compared to some other turrets? I've noticed that lots of Ricochet players who don't turn their turret often don't use their brains to kill people using the ricochet function of the turret's projectiles. They either ram into you and shoot or they stay still and shoot you then drive backwards when you start to approach them. And what happens? They get a lot of score for doing just that. Ricochet may not have the range it used to have but it definitely is still a menace. I have 4 Protection Modules and Ricochet is always in one of the slots no matter what. The other 3 get interchanged but Ricochet protection stays constant.

MU Titan and Smoky to M3. MUing your shaft to M2 isn't worth it at your rank. For Shaft, it is vital to get it to the maximum amount of upgrades as quickly as possible. Reason being that the only hulls you'll be able to one-shot (assuming you and the enemy don't have supplies activated) light hulls and Dictator. It's quite difficult to one-shot Vikings and Hunters since with a few upgrades, they may have more HP than your damage. Stock M1 Shaft can't one-shot any Stock M2 Medium Hulls. Stock M2 Shaft can one-shot Stock M2 Dictator and Hunter but not Stock M2 Viking. It is critical that you have as much sniper damage as possible early on. At your rank, that may be wasting crystals depending on how many upgrades your Shaft already has. If your M1 Shaft has less than 7 upgrades then I'd suggest you buy it at 50% off in the next sale assuming it's on Valentine's day. That's just what I think. You can make your decision if others give their opinions.

Beating Hearts and Flow can be obtained by players who don't buy the battle pass. They are both animated paints and they are unlocked at Tier 34 and 43 respectively.

Heh, this is where remembering the Wiki's information comes in. Hammer has a non-upgradeable parameter that sets its number of shots per clip to 3 unless acted upon by an alteration. So far, the only two alterations that change this number are High-Capacity Drum and Duplet; by +2 and -1 respectively. Other than those two, nothing can change the parameter. This now leads to Adaptive Reload. "Instant refill of the current ammo clip" This alone should tell you that it goes up to 3 shots per clip. Refilling the clip means filling it to maximum capacity...which is 3 shots. The part that says "Destroying an enemy adds two shots to the clip" can cause confusion but a little common sense would tell players that stocking more than 3 shots in a clip is unbalanced. It is good to consider the description and the effect description to be accurate. If one of them seems to be off compared to the other, always go with the "weaker" one, because it makes sense. I've only gotten double kills. It would be great to see someone get a triple kill. Especially, and preferably, if they're using Stock Hammer and if they don't have double damage activated.
